The listing of the home is accurate.Very well-maintained cabin, comfortable bed and furnishing. Great location to downtown Pigeon Forge.Only thing I would mention to future guest is that the road in the subdivision that leads directly to the cabin is VERY steep and the cabin is right at the top of that steep road. The parking is level in front of the cabin which is nice.

Great location and fits large family

Kids had plenty of space to hang out and it was in a peaceful location. It was very near the parkway with restaurants and activities.

Exactly as pictured! Far enough from the strip to feel secluded but close enough to travel when wanted! Host was very responsive and accessible during the whole trip. Would stay here again!!

As good as the picture!

The location was perfect. It was close enough to see the Dollywood fireworks but far enough from the strip to enjoy the mountains and the atmosphere. They were also quick with a response to any questions that we had during our stay.

Great cabin!

Gorgeous cabin, well stocked, decorated beautifully for Christmas. Noisey neighbors but I know you have no control over them. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Cancer Survival Family Vacation

Overall impression was good. Upstairs shower was not clean and had open soap and shampoo bottles along with dirty wash clothes. There were soiled sheets on the pullout bed. Very responsive when asking for assistance was appreciated!

One last family get a way

Our sweet youngest daughter was 8 years younger than her brother and 15 y younger than her sister. For her 19th birthday ( and before she leaves for boot camp) we wanted one more vacation with the whole family. Pigeon Forge seemed a perfect fit and Aunt Bugs Cabin was a great choice. All the necessities were there and some wonderful extras like a gaming system, pool table and theater seating. Each family had its own bathroom and there was an adequate amount of towels and bedding. The kitchen was clean and the cabin was rustically, beautifully furnished. We also enjoyed the on site (down the drive) salt water pool after our hot day at Dollywood. The location was perfect for groceries, restaurants, and easy access to Dollywood! The description said it slept 10, but that was only if 2 people slept on the blow up mattress (we only had 9 people so it was fine for us). All told, we had a wonderful trip thanks, in part, to our hosts who made it so easy.

This cabin is just so perfect. The location is close to everything. I love the decor and all the bears everywhere. Everything was very clean and organized which we appreciated. They worked with us for a late check-in since the office would’ve been closed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any one Interested in enjoying the best of Pigeon Forge.

Overall VERY disappointed

Upon walking in, first impressions were okay. However once we started unloading and making ourselves at home we realized how DIRTY the cabin was. Dirty sock in between the movie seats, dirty paper towels under the coach, mold in the main floor bath tub, cobwebs EVERY where and so many more things were dirty. The pool table was very old and used and hard to even play on. Then on our second to last night stay they were calling for bad weather. Living a couple hours away and having to get home on Monday, I tried to message the rental. Hours later , I still never got a response to my question even though they say to “message this number if you need anything”. However, this is false information. They were absolutely NO help. We bought Dollywoods season passes and plan on coming multiple times when they reopen; however; I will not only ever be staying here, but I will NEVER be staying at any of “Aunt Bugs” Cabins again.

Young adults loved the property

The lay out if the cabin was perfect for our group. The game room was a huge hit for my young adult kids. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again

Great cabin

Amazing location close to all… clean and comfortable…. The bed was so comfortable…. Had a problem with the upstairs AC fixed the next day ….. one negative the call center for Aunt Bugs Cabin (when you call for a repair or question) the 2 people I spoke with were extremely rude and one person hung up on me… wasn’t expecting that…. But overall a great cabin…. One more thing before you rent ask if there are any discounts …we should have gotten one but didn’t because it was booked already….

Adorable cable with a great location and pool nearby. We even had a visit from a bear.

We loved this cabin and location. Perfect for our 6 adults and 4 children. We had one issue with a cooling system and they responded immediately and took care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Good house, tough communication

We enjoyed the location of the house and its listed amenities. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a pool for the enclosed houses/community. About 10-15 mins outside of GSMNP. Had what we needed. Check-in process was simple, otherwise communication with Aunt Bugs rental service was tough. Spent quite a bit of time on hold over the phone. The pool was closed when we got there, and after being told upon check in that it was open, we were confused. It took about 24 hrs and multiple phone calls for Aunt Bugs rental service to figure things out. Bob was very helpful. Had asked to speak with a manager after several other frustrating phone calls, still awaiting that call. House was fairly clean. Found a pair of previous renter's underwear near the hot tub. Was never picked up over the several days we were there, despite mentioning it twice to guest services. Several things regarding the home theater system and hot tub weren't working. Maintainence was there the next day to fix. Other than with Bob, communication was poor with guest services. Generally enjoyed the house, but there is room for improvement.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental contract was like signing your life away! Too detailed and picky about EVERYTHING. We have stayed in the Smokies many times in condos, chalets and cabins and renting this property was a real hassle. The key in the box idea for entry was ridiculous considering most places today have key cards or punch codes. Not furnishing enough towels and soaps is cheap. Never have we had to bring so many items on a vacation because the place we rented doesn't furnish things. The floors were absolutely filthy. As our toddler proved with nasty dirty knees and hands and our own feet.
