The Cabin was perfect for our Spring Break trip. We were able to have the younger crews downstairs with the pool table and games and us upstairs. The beds were comfortable and there was ample kitchen items for us to cook several meals onsite. Proximity to everything was great. Not too close but not too far away. Would recommend for larger families.

Fantastic location. Overall very clean. Walls need to be painted and sheet rock repaired. Several things were broken and did not work. Half of the toaster, the stove took forever to heat a pan, the black box fan did not work at all. Shower at front entry door had a broken drain and could not hold water in tub.

Very nice place. Location A. Plenty of space for one or more families. Tons of entertainment in the house while you’re there for adults and kids. The balconies were nice and relaxing. Would stay again.

Beautiful cabin. The cabin was very clean with all necessities for a weekend getaway. Downstairs is excellent for kids to have a play space. House was later out perfectly for everyone to have their own space. The home feels very secluded yet it is very close to the main strip. Will definitely be saved in our favorites for next time. Only downside was the parking is very tight with three vehicles but not at all a deal breaker.

The overall stay was great! Everyone had there own space. As you enter the cabin there is a bedroom to the right and bathroom to the left both convenient so we didn’t have to deal much with the stairs however the bed was very squeaky any and I mean any little move it squeaked, move my leg it squeaked:( Gaming area is located bottom floor along with the hot tub. Hot tub was nice. Pool table has had its days. The cabin is located on a corner so abit of traffic coming and going as there is cabins down the hill Best part it was very close to the parkway! No bears seen…

First time staying as a family in a cabin vs hotel and it exceeded our expectations!! Kids loved the pool table and game room probably the most! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Family friendly while being super convenient to get to everything in town. Would stay again!

We had four generations of my family staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The teenagers took over the basement, and the toddler had the run of the main floor. I enjoyed coffee on the deck, which is surrounded by thick trees. It feels like you're secluded in the woods even though it's in a neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We especially enjoyed being just minutes from supermarkets and all the restaurants and activities on the strip. My family definitely would choose to stay here again.

High Expectations/Average Reality 6/10

Overall, our stay was decent, but it didn’t quite meet the expectations set by the listing photos. The property appeared immaculate online, but upon arrival, we noticed several issues: dirty walls throughout, a hole in the wall behind the front door, a countertop that wasn’t secured and shifted when leaned on, and extremely hot water in the lower-level bathroom that was difficult to regulate.To the host’s credit, communication was excellent—very friendly and responsive. He did offer to send maintenance, though unfortunately he didn’t receive my follow-up message in time to address the issues during our stay.A few things to be aware of: if you're staying on a Friday, bring earplugs—trash collection happens very early and is quite loud, and the single-pane windows do little to block out the sound. The window blinds in the bedrooms are thin and don’t provide much privacy or darkness, which could be improved with room-darkening curtains or updated blinds. Additionally, the deck off the upper bedroom was quite small, with a view mostly obscured by tree branches.For the 2,400 cost for 3 nights, we expected a higher standard overall. While the communication was great and the stay had its positives, the gap between the listing photos and the actual condition of the home makes this feel like more of an average experience. With some updates and maintenance, this property could definitely offer a much better guest experience.

The property was nice and clean. Easy access to everything. I loved the communication with the property manager from the time I booked to the check out time. Awesome Location

The property was great in every way. It was nicely equipped and there was plenty of room for our party of 10. The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes drive to the main drag in Pigeon Forge. The host was extremely responsive and timely with all communication.

The property is centrally located to everything to do in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of room in the cabin, the downstairs game room crated a lot of family engagement activities.The check-in and checkout process was very user friendly.
