We had an amazing week at Treetip Splash Mountain. The location was the best right at the top of the hill with a beautiful view overlooking Pigeon Forge, and just minutes from all the amenities and Dollywood. The house itself was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell it’s really well cared for.The host was phenomenal as well. Responsive, friendly, and he made everything smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was the perfect place for our trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!Just reiterate because we were so impressed…this property has all the hallmarks of a great VRBO property: great location, great view, clean and up-to-date home (host said it was a new build completed in the past year or so), great host, great everything. 10/10!!

Amazing Location

We enjoyed our time at this property! Plenty of space for our group of 5, location was perfectly located to many of the activities we participated in. Host was quick to reply with any questions we had. The photos don't do this property justice, highly recommend.

Family Trip

We loved this property! We normally stay in a more secluded area but loved being so close to the strip. I was worried we would be able to hear the noise but not at all! We loved the decor and the extra blankets were amazing! Plus Dan was awesome. Always responded quickly and understanding. We had our 4 children (11 yr to 1 yr) with my parents and this cabin worked perfect! I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

THE BEST!!!

This home was very clean and immaculate. It was beautiful inside and out. The fact that it was one story was a major plus and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of my family. The location of the house was close to everything, yet it still had all the privacy you could ask for. The host was so quick when responding to any questions we had. I would totally recommend this host and this house. I how to stay again in the future.

They were on hand to assist with all our questions and needs once we arrived, ensuring a smooth and stress-free vacation. The trendy modern decor in the property left us in awe. Every room was thoughtfully adorned with stylish furniture and tasteful accents, creating a chic and inviting atmosphere. We were thrilled to discover a QR code that allowed us to scan and find out where we could purchase some of the decor items, a thoughtful touch that added a unique aspect to our stay. Cleanliness is essential, and we were delighted to find the property immaculately maintained. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure a pristine environment for guests to enjoy. The sparkling clean space made us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Nestled in the heart of Pigeon Forge, we had easy access to all the attractions and activities the area had to offer. Whether we wanted to explore the bustling town or immerse ourselves in nature, everything was conveniently close by. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway. We'll definitely be returning for another memorable stay. Our stay at Treetip

We had a wonderful time at the treetip cabin. Had a rainout day while we were there. Had enough amenities to keep us busy. Enjoyed the indoor pool as well. We had to contact Dan while we were there, and he responded quickly. Would definitely consider this cabin again in the future.

Wonderful

My family had a great experience at this beautiful and oh so stylish cabin. First, it is so clean and well taken care of!! Second, the pool was a hit for our 6 year old. We loved it as well. Third, the hot tub and the outdoor seating on the beautiful spacious deck offered us dinners overlooking the mountains. If you are looking for a cabin that offers the best in the area this is it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I would have given more stars if it was an option. Book this cabin you won’t regret it.

Exceptional Cabin!

This cabin exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the door and saw the beautiful view of the mountain range, we were so happy we decided to book this home. It was very clean, and had everything that we needed. The owner was so nice to communicate with and very helpful. The large, spacious rooms were wonderful for our group. Each bedroom having its own nice sized bathroom was great. We loved having a laundry on site. The deck, outdoor furniture, grill and hot tub were an added bonus. The indoor heated pool was warm and clean and used every day. This cabin is very new and everything in it is also. It was a joy to stay here. The location was perfect and it was a very quiet neighborhood. It was centrally located to many of the tourist attractions. It was the best decision we made in coming to Pigeon Forge and we will definitely stay here again!

This cabin was just as pictured, very clean and pretty view of the lights coming from pigeon forge as well as the mountains! Would rent this cabin again.
