We had a party of 6, and EVERYONE loved this beautiful place! The teenagers were walking around taking pics to put on their Instagram and other pages. The owners of this place have been very thoughtful and thorough in their decorations/amenities like the baskets of blankets in a couple of rooms, the fully stocked kitchen appliances, the coffee pots in the dining area and master bedroom with the flavored coffees, sugar & creamers....things that they weren't required to do, but these things made this trip extra special for us! We didn't need the highchair and the little protective gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, but I appreciated the fact that they were there for small children. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were conveniently located throughout the house. The teenagers loved the bunkbed/ theatre/game room and spent most of their time there. The hot tub was wonderful and perfect! We used it more than we did the pool, which surprised me. I can honestly say that the only thing that i didn't like is that it wasn't mine and I couldn't live there 24/7. This house is so conveniently located! We were there for 5 nights and went to many places (Dollywood twice, the Stampede, the Comedy Barn, horseback riding, the Island twice, mountain coasters twice, zip lining, the Sky place in Gatlinburg, Hatfield & McCoy feud place) but we used less than half a tank of gas in my big SUV! I would LOVE to stay there again! I highly recommend this amazing place!

We had the best time at H2Oasis! We came for the weekend to celebrate our son’s 4th birthday and this house was absolutely PERFECT for our party of 9 (5 being kids). The pool and hot tub were amazing, the games were awesome, and our kids couldn’t get enough of the laser tag. Damian was very responsive and helpful, even sending me links for the sheets they use because they’re so buttery soft. We will absolutely be coming back to this property!

The house was just as the pictures showed. The family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Had enough room to accommodate the 11 people that went on the trip to the home. All together we had a very nice time at the property. I wish I could give 5 stars but there were numerous things that caused a little frustration. The washer would trip the breaker whenever we did a normal cycle of wash, only one burner on the grill , the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work even after speaking with the owner on a way to have it work. The ice cube trays were cracked and broken when we arrived. Damien was very quick to respond when I contacted him and tried to help the best way that he could with not being there. The family really enjoyed the game room especially the teenagers. It was located perfectly for everything we wanted to such as The Island and Dollywood. Other than the few problems we had with appliances and such we truely enjoyed staying at this property.

Peaceful Mountain Escape

Week long stay in Pigeon Forge

Great stay, the kids weren't bored for a second. The whole family enjoyed themselves, my wife and myself had a nice relaxing time out on the balcony rocking in the chairs.

Amazing Stay!

This property is top notch! We had an amazing time and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. The pool is great to have and the kids and adults spent a lot of time in the game room! We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Beds are comfy and the space is very clean!

Wonderful family vacation rental

We were traveling with 3 adults and 5 kids. They absolutely loved the game room. There's not much storage for clothing in the main level bedroom, but there's a closet in one room upstairs and a dresser in the other, and storage under the bunk beds in the lower level. Host was extremely responsive to issues and questions. The kids want to come back next summer.

Accurate and Fun!

Everything from the booking process to the check out was a breeze. Property Owner was in contact with us on multiple occasions and was always responsive with his reply. Before depature for our trip, I inquired about if the property had baby gates on the stairs cause I couldn’t tell from the pictures. At that point the property did not, but the owner had them installed before we arrived! As for the property, it’s completely as described, the arcade and pool/hot tub was a big hit with the family! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. It wasn’t an ordinary plain jane rental!

Perfect Stay!

Damian was very helpful and responsive to questions. Perfect location! Nothing we did with exception to National Park, was more than 8 minutes away. We actually joked that if it was more we didn't think we could go lol. Beautiful mountain views, quiet, and very modern. We had 11 of us ranging in age from 2 to 68 and we all found it perfect. Would definitely stay again without question or hesitation.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was a great place for our family and our friend’s family. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kids had endless fun with the games, the pool and the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked which made it easy for us to cook our meals. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. We also loved how close the cabin was to everything. The owner Damian responded quickly whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

They thought of everything!

We had the best time here! The house is well appointed with games for kids, coffee stations for adults, pool towels, goggles and toys, charging stations at each nightstand, etc! Every amenity you can think of! Even had a high chair and baby bibs, cups, plates, etc! Bed was super comfy with extra soft sheets! Kids said bunk beds were most comfortable they’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely be back!

Spring break 2025

We stayed in this home with kids ranging 7-16. They had a blast with all the fun things to do on the bottom floor. Laser tag, ps5 and the pool were endless fun for them. Location of this home is perfect. Literally minutes from most of the things we wanted to do. Property manager inquired about our stay after the first night and asked if there was anything at all we needed. Minutes away from grocery stores. I have all glowing things to say, would highly recommend this house. If we ever go back to pigeon forge I’d stay at this house again.

Beautiful Stay

The house was amazing and the kids and adults enjoyed it. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was fully supplied with everything you need for cooking. Outside of the property was great, safe convienent location.
