The cabin was great and the host was very helpful in addressing an issue with the fireplace pilot light. The kids enjoyed the entertainment area and having the Christmas tree made celebrating Christmas morning excellent! The location was convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Beautiful views, ample parking, and conveniently located near attractions. Minor issues were worked out wonderfully by the host. Our family of 12 had a great time, as did our dogs (the owner was quite gracious).

We had great stay here. Interiors are great and view is awsome from all the balconies. Parking is ok for 3 SUVs and a bit steep too.Bear can visit outdoors at times so need to be careful.

We stayed with family, 6 adults and 5 children. We had a wonderful stay. The game loft is very well set up and the games are excellent. Golden tee and the bowling game were our favorites. We used the pool, hot tub and theater room quite a bit. Good location but if it were winter I would worry about the drive up, it is steep in parts. The view was nice and the place was huge, plenty of room for everyone to be together but still have their own space.

The view was amazing, it’s nearly at the top of the neighborhood. Parking isn’t bad but is on an incline, it is in the mountains. I could see two or three vehicles being fine. The interior was clean and there was plenty of space in every bedroom. Every bedroom also had its own full bathroom. Kitchen had plenty of pot pans utensils and dinnerware. We cooked all but one night of our stay. Kids loved the games and pool. Overall we had a great time, the location is perfect to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Really short drives to both and far enough away to still have a beautiful view (see pic).

This home rental was amazing, and the host was fantastic. We enjoyed everything about this home. It had everything we were looking for in a vacation rental. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool, and the game room had a selection of games for the them along with the pool table. Game room.really was a hit for the adults as well. We also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night and relaxing. We used the barbecue grill a couple of times which was nice. The theater room was a big hit as well. We rented movies and enjoyed watching them while snacking. The host answered all questions we had in a very timely manner. They were super nice. Can't say enough about this house or the host. We would definitely come back again.

Great Spot

Loved staying here. The cabin was clean. It was beautiful. It had so many options for fun things to do. The view on the back deck was beautiful. Parking was a little tenuous, but it was 100% worth it! Would stay here again.

Stunning Views

Great Cabin with stunning views! Very clean inside and has all the amenities that a guest may need. Host is very responsive and very helpful. Definitely recommend this cabin to everyone and would stay again.

Weekend getaway

The only bad thing I can say about this property is that the parking area for this specific property is ridiculous. I understand it’s on a mountain and there are steep inclines, I’ve just never seen parking quite like this. BUT the views were amazing, the cabin was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owners was absolutely phenomenal, they responded to every message quickly and fixed a water leak we found as soon as we noticed it. There were a few minor things, but nothing we couldn’t work around and make do with. Our whole group had an amazing weekend and loved staying in this beautiful property.

We’ve stayed at many cabins over many years in the pigeon forge/gatlinburg area and this is by far my favorite cabin! Everything from check in to check out was incredibly smooth and easy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will definitely be booking again!

Nice cabin in the Smokies

The cabin was very clean, but some maintenance needs to be done. One side pocket on the pool table is not properly attached, shower doors in a couple rooms are broken, ice maker is very slow, and the surround sound in the theatre has a blown speaker. Awesome cabin though, very clean!

High expectations, disappointing results

We very much anticipate our annual trip to the mountains with so much excitement. The location of the property was really great, although it is a rough ride in and out of the community given the fairly poor condition of the road. We were notified the day before arrival that there was a large ladybug infestation at the cabin and in the area overall, so we appreciated the advanced warning. Upon arrival, the bugs were noticeable and continued through the week to be getting into the house. We asked once for cleaners to come and clean them up, which they did, but they would have been there everyday to keep them cleaned up. It’s nature so we dealt with it, but we didn’t even have access to a vacuum or dust pan to be able to clean them up ourselves. Beyond the bugs, the house was filthy. Theee is mold in the showers and a large wad of hair in one. We opened the pullout sofa bed for the kids and the mattress cover was disgusting so we had to wash it ourselves. Window blinds were covered in dust and no one has moved a piece of furniture to clean under it behind in some time, which is particularly upsetting with round kids playing on the floors. The condition of the furniture might be the worst. The couches were beyond warn and cushions in such bad shape it’s uncomfortable to even sit on them. The mattresses were far beyond use and it was like sleeping in a trough the sides were so far past needing to be replaced.

Perfect space to spread out!

I was traveling with a high school volleyball team with a wide variety of personalities present. This house gave us the room needed to spread out and had something for everyone. Some spent their time relaxing in the hot tub or watching a movie in the movie room while others played in the game room upstairs. There were plenty of couches for girls to sit and read while the adults chatted at the dining room table. Upon arrival, we were missing some kitchen items (sheet pans, pot holders, etc) and needed additional cleaning supplies. The owner was very quick to respond and delivered what we needed that afternoon. They went above and beyond to provide what we needed. The only thing that was surprising to us was that the pool was only 3ft deep. However, we still had fun hanging out in it and talking. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Last second cancellation by owner. Message not received until check in time.

My friends and I traveled hours to get here and found out when we arrived that the owner had cancelled our booking. I had double checked with them about a couple issues I had seen on another review which they claimed they already earlier this week. As we were unpacking before we saw the cancellation notice, a maintenance guy showed up and said that whatever issue was going on with the pool room and humidity in the theater room was fine, hut the owner insisted the place was unsuitable to host. I’m sure it was, but the fact that I had check with them about the house a couple times over the few days leading up to the stay made it extremely frustrating to have to scramble for a new place to stay for the remainder of our trip. The place seems like a solid hosting spot overall, but I can’t give it any sort of good rating given our experience. Hopefully this is a one-off situation for the place. Vrbo did help make sure we were well taken care of once we called them.

Home is showing its age

Frige needs replacing, ice maker barely worked so someone had to purchase ice every day. Couches are worn. Pool was not clean the entire week although pool maintenance guy came by twice pool water was cloudy and un-inviting. There was not a closet in the master bedroom and drawers were stuck and would not open in chest of drawers so wife and I had to live out of our suit cases. Back porch cannot be enjoyed between 4-7 PM as it it too hot with the setting sun. Something to be considered in the summer time. Although it did give us some beautiful sunsets.

It’s a nice cabin! It needs more cleaning though

We had a good time at the cabin, it was a nice cabin but dusty and linens smelled bad. Sofa beds need to be replaced. Overall it was a nice stay and recommend it to anyone.

Impromptu getaway

The house was a very comfortable home for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The location is probably not ideal for dogs (not much green space and on a step incline) but there are 2 dog parks nearby that are both great. The pool in the home was bigger than anticipated (12x21) and my husband and 13 year old swam a ton. The weather was super hot and we were pleased that both levels in the home were super comfy with cold AC. Beds and pillows were also super comfy. The only recommendation I would suggest is more pots and skillets and a pizza pan. We would stay here again.
