The cabin was fantastic. Our family get together was so relaxing. Kids loved the pool and pool table. Everything was exactly as we hoped. The host was so helpful and we are so thankful for our stay!

This cabin was perfect for our large family. It is well equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had a small maintenance issue and they were quick to get it resolved for us. We enjoyed our stay so much that we reserved this same property for next year.

We loved this property. It was perfect for family members to have the privacy of a room plus an in suite bathroom. The communication was excellent. The team checked in and I was also able to easily get ahold of members when I had questions.

Great for a large family

Good open space for family gatherings. Pool room was fantastic for all ages. Some issues with hot tub and a/c - but management was quick to respond. Having enough hot water for showers with a large group was a challenge. Lots of good things about this property - tho it does need some attention

Great stay in Pigeon Forge!

We had a fabulous stay at the Splash Villa. It was the perfect location for a family vacation due to its close proximity to Dollywood and other fun attractions. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and there was something to do for everyone. We will be back!

The best family vacation!

We had a group of 20 people staying here over the weekend, the space was large and everyone was more than comfortable! The pool and hot tub were amazing. It was very clean, and the interior was gorgeous. Incredibly close to pigeon forge as well!

Amazing house for large groups!

We had a great stay! House is perfectly laid out to have plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were nice! House is defintely perfect for any family get away. Stony brook was easy and great to work with. Cant wait to come back!

Great location!!!

We arrived to a very clean house and not far off of the Parkway. This made running out hassle free. Everything was close by! The pool and theatre were a hit with both kids and adults alike. We had plenty of clean towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Awesome Place to stay!

This was a perfect place for our youth ministry retreat! The rooms were so spacious and the house was gorgeous! The kids loved the private pool and hot tub! The staff was so helpful and friendly! Don’t think about it ! Book it!

60th Birthday Get Away

We planned a family get away for my husbands 60th birthday and took 6 of our adult children with their spouses, fiancé and grandchildren for the weekend. And added an “adopted” daughter and her daughter to the mix! It exceeded our expectations the family had the best time watching movie and singing karaoke in the theater room. The grandbabies stayed in the pool. The bunk room was spectacular! We will definitely be back!

Family Reunion

Location was excellent- so close to Dollywood and Splash Country. The place was very comfortable and had a large gathering area with the kitchen area for our large group of 22. The pool was a huge hit with the cousins who had so much fun together. For having a four night stay, we were surprised to find there were only starter packs for essentials such as toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, so we had to purchase those for our large group, considering it is advertised to accommodate 32 people. Be aware that supplies may be inadequate for more than a two day stay.

Place was great for our family gathering.

Beautiful, new house was perfect for our family. 5 bedrooms, 1 large bunk room, and several bathrooms. The children loved the indoor pool, theater room, hot tub. Also available was an outdoor neighborhood pool. The only complaint we could have is the propane tank went empty while we were grilling hamburgers and it was the only time we grilled. I would suggest a full tank for every new rental. Otherwise, a perfect weekend reunion.

Family Spring Break Getaway

Our entire family (8 adults and 10 children) shared the same spring break for the first time in years. We decided on Pigeon Forge and then discovered the home that would easily accommodate us. The location was ideal as we visited Dollywood, Anakeesta, the Titanic Museum, hiking trails, etc. The giant bunk bedroom held all the grandkids, and the swimming pool was a definite hit. The kids spent hours in the pool and theatre room … they absolutely loved the accommodations! Each set of parents enjoined their own king bedroom … and the huge kitchen table made mealtimes easy! We can’t think of one negative. We have wonderful memories of a perfect week together. We will be back!!!!

Great weekend getaway

This location is very true to the photos! We had a wonderful family weekend at Splash Villa. The communication was great throughout the experience. The drive is also easy and the location is excellent. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants and had excellent Instacart / DoorDash experiences. Especially loved The Chop House and West by God Coal Fired Pizza. The property has a surprising amount of space. Plenty of coffee makers, dishes, and initial supplies throughout. Our son loved the indoor pool and pool table. We really liked the downstairs sectional; large enough for all of us to relax on. Plenty of refrigerator space and room to cook here. The wi-fi was excellent which was a huge plus for us. Would recommend!

TLC Retreat

This cabin is beautiful! The positives are it is so close to highway, very clean, modern looking! The negatives are one bathroom for 4 set of bunk beds, parking for only 4 vehicles when it sleeps 22. Its not possible without 15 passenger vans. They could only suggest trying to park at the building at the bottom of the hill and carpooling, so if you have more than 5 vehicles beware. Also we had lots of trash because we cooked and could not get all the trash in the recepticle when we left had to leave a full bag in the cabin. If I had a smaller group I would definitely stay again but unfortunely the bathroom and parking situation will keep this group from being able to stay next year as we already have a few more coming next year. Owner did call and check on us which was nice.

Beautiful property butttt….

When we arrived it was too early to get in by 20 mins. So we waited until a few minutes before 4, then we called. The person who answered asked if we had received the code through a text, we hadn’t. It was after 4 when we got in. The grandkids were so excited to see all the amenities. It was very beautiful with nice views. Our bedroom was comfortable & had a nice bathroom. Our daughter’s bed had a broken mattress which we had to call & they replaced it. The kids loved the spacious bunk room. Im not a complainer but for what we paid there shouldn’t have been any problems. The kid’s bathrooms had hair in the drains, & the kiddy pool had a clump of hair in it. When I used the dishwasher it had black mold on the top of the piece that sprays water. I ran the dishwasher then had to hand wash the dishes. The cooking pans, several were wore out & burnt the food. There was a cockroach go across the bar & one on the floor. We did call & they came to spray, but they missed one! I was very disappointed. There was also a bag of trash by the cabin that was ripped open on the ground maybe from a bear. The air return in the hallway was covered in dust. The location is wonderful & the cabin is beautiful but it was too over priced. I also felt like when you called the host they weren’t in touch with what is going on in that cabin. It was our first experience & the husband says he won’t stay again. We’ll get a motel it’ll be cheaper!
