Had a great family stay! Stayed on a weekend that was supposed to get a lot of snow or ice, the host put out salt all over the porch and parking area, they also salted the hill and left us a bag of salt! Sadly we had no snow and luckily we had no ice either but was greatly appreciate the extra effort the host made! Also made us a storm box of flashlights batteries candles lighter and ramen noodles, also brought another bottle of propane for the black stone griddle, all very thoughtful! Luckily we didn’t have to use! Thank you again for the great stay!

We had a great trip and we would rent it again. (2 Grandparents, 4 adults, 3 grandkids (5 - 2). Communication and responsiveness was outstanding!The chalet was fine. (The immediate area/resort is hilly and not conducive for family walks). After enjoying putt-putt, hikes, parks, coasters, race track, shopping, etc., etc. etc. each day, the grandkids spent a couple of hours in the pool.

This property was as listed. Very convenient to attractions in pigeon forge and Sevierville. We really enjoyed our stay and the time spent here with family. Lots of room to hang out and visit.

We really enjoyed the cabin and the pool and the hot tub. It was very nice. The cabin was well furnishedThe property manager was very helpful and very nice. The only suggestion I have would be to have extra garbage cans. We will stay at this property again in the future. Thank you so much.

Rainy Day Getaway

The unit is as advertised. The unit was clean, the beds comfy, the kitchen/seating area was large, and the water hot! We had planned on going to Dollywood with our party of 8 both Friday and Saturday, but weather made us change our plans. We spent some time at the Island on that day, but then the kiddos wanted to go back to our cabin to swim and play in the arcade. Every night the kiddos went to be happily exhausted.

Family Trip

Our four generational family was able to visit for the weekend and all stay together. The cabin was perfect for our large family! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was such a great extra for my 11 mo old granddaughter.

We had a great time while there and the cabin was nice. The rooms were great for all the people we had in our group. The only couple of comlaints I have is not enough trash pick up and our feet were black after 30 min of walking in the door. Floors definitely needed ccccleaned!wantheneededmopped.

Great mountain retreat

Perfect home layout. Lots of wonderful amenities. Very close to all of the major attractions. Felt like we were secluded in the mountains, but could be on the main parkway in less than five minutes. Would highly recommend the location!! There were some noisy neighbors staying at the house above us. Our family members staying in the front bedrooms said it was very loud late at night with those neighbors. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again!

Fun in Pigeon Forge

The house is very conveniently located to both stores and local attractions. My previous stay had us on a treacherous mountain road but this house is surrounded by easy to drive roads which was much better. There are 5 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding. And the amount of bathrooms were wonderful. The bottom level has the game room, movie room and pool. My family enjoyed these areas very much. You enter the house on the floor with the kitchen which is great for bringing in shopping. In the description it is noted that there is a composting station nearby and that wind direction may cause ordors. We experienced many days of smells outdoors that drove us indoors but we could not smell it inside the house.

Family Vacation

The property is close by to downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The hill it is on is steep but it levels out at the cabin. They were doing construction in areas around the cabin, so there was a lot of noise from that. Overall, we really liked the cabin. There was an issue with the pool water being cold. But they sent someone out quickly to work on it. It was easy to get in touch with the owner about any issues and she tried to resolve them quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay!

Family trip-Beautiful, just like pictures. Cabin very clean and fully stocked kitchen including seasonings, dish liquid, dishwasher pods & dish cloths, alll bathrooms with thick plush, drying towels and washcloths also pool towels. Any questions or minor concerns I had were taken care of Immediately. I would definitely recommend.

This house has a fantastic setup. We loved the layout of the bedrooms and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Nice and convenient for our needs. The pool was a HUGE hit. The kids loved it, and it was just perfect for them. Upon arrival to the house everything seemed to be very clean and organized. However, one of the bathrooms had a dirty towel hanging in there and there was a plastic thing in the shower. In the bunk bedroom there were small McDonald toy pieces on the floor and steps to the bunk bed. These make you wonder just how good the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned. Also, the decks had beer bottles and caps on the floor and the tables were dirty with drink and food residue. The grill was filthy. We cleaned it for half an hour before we could even use it. And we cleaned the grill when we were done using it. We also made sure we took out all garbage in the house, straightened everything up, made sure all dishes were done and put back in the cupboards and checked every room to make sure everything was in order. We all left by 9:30 that morning. However I received a message from the host at 4:00 PM stating that we broke the TV in the game room. She sent pictures showing the television screen shattered. The strange thing is the pictures on the screen was ESPN from the March Sweet Sixteen tournaments from March and I know for a fact the TV wasn’t broken when we left. She didn’t follow protocol by reaching out to VRBO but contacted me directly.
