The cabin exceeded our expectations! Perfectly staged home ready for relaxation after a 11 hour drive. Great place to rest your head after a long day of hiking, tourist attractions, etc. Surprise donut delivery the first morning was a sweet touch.All the room and entertainment needed for 9 people and 2 dogs. Every room had its own private bathroom (rare to find). Lots of fun activities to wind down the day; game room, theater, pool, hot tub. Kitchen had all the tools you need to prepare meals. Coffee/tea station was a godsend. Property management was great to work with, sent all necessary info to have a great stay. Also, hard to find places in which pets are welcome. One detraction is the compost/recycling center nearby. Our intentions were to be out hiking the trails, so we weren't too bothered by it.

The property was wonderful. The cabin was clean. We had front row view of fireworks every night. Having an indoor pool was awesome. The drive to many activities was close to the cabin. A blast was had by all!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. 5 year old daughter couldn't get enough of the pool. Only thing was the unpleasant odor outside occasionally from the nearby waste and composting plant. Also, string lights on the back deck were 60% burnt out.

Family time

This was a wonderful, clean, absolutely stunning cabin. Whole family enjoyed stay. No need to go anywhere else enough to do right in the cabin. WouldLove to stay again and would recommend to friends or family.

Great Place with Amazing Views

The place was everything listed and more. It has great views and convenient access to pigeon forge. We were able to go out and visit the sites and enjoy our Family Thanksgiving together under one roof. The host was very prompt and fast at answering any questions we had and were very friendly. The place has amazing accommodations and we will look forwards to visiting again.

Beautiful house! Love the house! The house was easy to find and a great place to stay. The was was clean and very spacious. Host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Host responded very quickly with any issues we had and fixed all issues.

Amazing Family Vacation

Wonderful Rental

The cabin was perfect for our family vacation! The cabin was very clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the pool was a hit with the kids! There was much time spent in the cabin enjoying all of the amenities! Just to note: I always appreciate a rental that accepts dogs as we travel with ours all of the time! We're already talking about possibly staying here again next year! Would highly recommend!

Exactly as Advertised

We just spent a week at Otter Madness with our children (all in their 20's) and our grandchildren (ages 1 and 3). The house worked really well for us, and we all had a wonderful time. Pros: the home was clean, newer, well-equipped, and exactly as advertised; location was extremely convenient (less than a 10 minute drive to grocery, restaurants, and all Pigeon Forge attractions (so close to Dollywood I brought the 1-year-old home for a midday nap and then easily rejoined the others after naptime) and 20-30 minutes to National Park and Gatlinburg); the driveway is entirely paved (unlike many in this area) and there are no switchbacks so no problem in warm weather with our 2-wheel drive cars. The only con for us was the compost facility located down Ridge Rd. from the property. On 1 of the 7 days we were there, the compost smell reached the house and made it unenjoyable to be outdoors. There was no smell indoors so it didn't really bother us, but that may be an issue for some people. We spent our days out hiking in the National Park and visiting various attractions and our evenings (thanks to early toddler bedtimes) relaxing in the hot tub or having game tournaments with our children. I cooked dinner for the 9 of us most nights, and the kitchen worked fine for the simpler dishes I prefer on vacation. The grands loved the small pool and the movie room. We would rent here again.

Son’s 4th birthday!

Home was beautiful — we stayed for my son’s 4th birthday. Location was fantastic — close proximity to all restaurants and Dollywood. House didn’t seem as clean as we would have wanted — floors were dirty. Not great options for trash with only two cans outside for long stays and keeping other bagged trash inside the home which we didn’t love. The worst part of the property was being by a landfill. The smell was bad when outside and some guests were coughing by the end of the trip. I would have given 4.5 stars if I was able to due to landfill and cleanliness. When spending this amount of money, it should be in tip-top shape.
