Great family time!

Our group of 5 families had an amazing time at Emory House! We had plenty of space to spread out and to come back together. The house was clean and safe. Great amenities and close to everything fun to do in town. Thank you!!!!

Perfect Fit!

We were in town for a youth conference at the LeConte center! We loved the location of the cabin to everything that we were doing! We had 13 teenagers and 5 adults in the cabin and it was a perfect fit! The students loved the playground and the game room! We had plenty of beds and bathrooms! Everything was perfectly set and very welcoming! We loved the porches and outdoor space!

Family Reunion

This home was perfect for our family of 14 adults, 4 toddlers and 2 infants. Loved having 6 king beds available. Loved en-suite bathrooms in 7 of the bedrooms. The added bonus was the Cub Den and playground for the kids. Our only suggestion is to upgrade the internet… it was very slow.

Family Vacation June 2024

The property was as described. Management very accessible, as the unit AC in the upstairs bedroom was not working, and they replaced it the same day. Kids enjoyed the outdoor playground and game room. Very close to stores and attractions in Pigeon Forge, but still felt like we were secluded. Enjoyed going to Smoky Mountain National Park several times to hike and sight see. Loved the fact that there were so many bedrooms, with most of them having their own private bathroom. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great house in great location!

We spent a week at Emory House with a group of 17 high school seniors and 4 adults. Everyone was comfortable accommodated for sleeping and there were plenty of activities at the house to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Great proximity to shopping and events in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Emory House: A Golfing Group’s Paradise

Emory House was very spacious and easily accommodated 8 gentleman golfers in their 60s. The backyard playground didn’t appeal to us despite our proximity to second childhood, but the arcade race car game was great fun. TVs galore and easy instructions meant no one was forced to watch what they didn’t want to watch. The kitchen was well appointed and two fridges were very helpful. Back porch and living room were more than adequate. The grill had been cleaned and there was plenty of gas in the propane tank to grill burgers and hot dogs. And the location was both centrally located yet felt remote enough to feel like you were tucked away in the mountains. Restaurants and grocery stores are just a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend to large-ish groups.

Loved this property and it met ALL of our needs. Grocery store is close. Beds were comfortable. The large screened in porch was everyone’s favorite. It was quiet. It was homey and warm. Loved it! Will book again!

Huge!

Close to everything! Very well kept! Even had a Christmas tree. This was our annual family Christmas present from me. We enjoyed spending time together in the cozy living room in front of the fireplace and Huge TV. The Beds were very nice. Loved having all the bed rooms and private baths.

The BEST for a family trip

13 adults and five kids under age 4. The Emory House could not have been more ideal. Comfortable in every way and equipped for a big family. From the pair of high chairs, to every fabulously comfy bed, to the game room and backyard play area, this is the best place we’ve stayed. And the location - 2 miles to the Dollywood entrance. Fantastic. Super easy and clear check-in and check-out instructions on meant zero stress. We loved it. We felt like we were the guests of a family in their gracious and welcoming home. I can’t possibly say enough good things.

First Annual Rogers Family Mountain Trip

Great Location

This property is in a spot in Pigeon Forge that proves to be a great location to get to all the attractions easily. The space is great for a big family, it really has everything you need. A few changes I would personally update/fix would be the screened in porches and the steps leading to the playground. The wood is deteriorating on the stringers of the steps below the treads in a few spots. That could be an injury concern soon. The hot tub and the cover for it smell like mold/mildew. Just doesn’t seem like that area airs out very well. The upstairs screened in porch could use some newer furniture, what is in there does the job, but honestly is looking a little rough. Be cautious of bears on property at night. We backed in the driveway on Thursday night and saw a bear through the back up camera chilling in the driveway going through trash. Other than that, we would absolutely choose this rental property again with a few upgrades. Thanks for a great vacation!
