Location

We’ve been coming to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for the last 25 years. The location of this cabin is the main reason we chose to stay here. It is close to everything without having to travel down the mountains for forever and then wait in traffic. We were there during the busy season of spring break. We have a small child so we didn’t want to travel too far to get to places. Our child is too small for extensive hiking trips and waiting for hours in traffic. We wanted to take him to all the touristy places this trip, Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Aquarium, etc. This cabin is centered perfectly and close to everything we had planned out and wanted to do. The two small cons that we already knew about prior to booking are that there is no washer and dryer and that the upstairs bedroom allows a ton of light in at night from the street lights and during the morning from the daylight. I would suggest that if you’re a light sleeper, to bring a black out eye mask, or stick the kids upstairs. The cabin itself is one of the cleanest cabins we have ever stayed in. The cabin is in a resort style community. The hot tub appears newer and was wonderful. WiFi and Alexa was a plus and there is a video game console for small children. As always, vacation is what you make of it. The cabin fit our needs and itinerary perfectly for what we had planned to do. Thanks for sharing your cabin with our family.

Kountry Kozy

We stayed in Kountry Kozy in January 12-15 and it was very nice, clean, and great location for our little get a way. We enjoyed being in a nice clean cabin. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be staying again at a later date.

Convenient and Quiet

Overall we enjoyed the property. Only thing we didn’t care for was the outside street lights shine in at night making the cabin bright. The loft didn’t have a door so it was a lot of light shining in for people who like to sleep in the dark. It was very easy access from the parkway and very quiet.

KOUNTRY KOZY

There was a minor issue left from the previous renter, and the property manager responded very quickly to remedy the situation. The property was absolutely beautiful, the location was close to everything, just as it is listed. The kids had a blast with the video game the one rainy evening we had. There were clear operating instructions for everything, with contact numbers for any questions or issues. The family is already hoping to return in the future. Loved our stay !

Enjoyed our stay

This cabin was great for my daughter and I. One thing I would have liked differently was the hot tub. There isn't view of anything; it is completely enclosed. Its nice for privacy, but I think it could have been designed differently to see the woods out the back of the cabin. Also, there aren't any umbrellas at the pool. I managed to get in the shade by pulling my chair up next to the restrooms, but I was surprised the complex doesn't have umbrellas. The location of the cabin is convenient and the area is quiet. The cabin was clean. I would recommend bringing extra towels. There were enough for my daughter and I, but if you have more than two people staying there you will need additional towels. Overall, it is a nice cabin and we would stay there again.

Great stay!!

Our family had an enjoyable stay at Kountry Kozy. It was in a great location but was still quiet!! Beds were comfy and was very clean. My only issue at all was the supply of towels. With a family of four it would have been difficult to stay more than a day or two without clean towels or a washer/dryer to launder them. But that is listed in the cabin description. Overall great stay!
