"Too Nice"

Is probably was nice. But was it too nice? It was very expensive and when I pay top notch prices, I expect top notch results. We booked this cabin for a couple reasons. The hot tub and pool table being just a couple. The odds have never did heat up to even 100. Even with the cover on for hours. The pool table had no chalk for the pool sticks. How do you pay hundreds of dollars for one night and not get chalk for your pool sticks? Also, two of the sticks had bent ends. We had to run to the store just for chalk to play pool. Several of the board games provided we're missing pieces and two of them were completely empty. The deck of cards were even mix matched. This property required an extra security deposit that you did not find out until the end of the checkout process for, I guess the items in the cabin? Two of the three bathroom doors did not latch and there was no community bathroom as they were all inside of bedrooms. So, if you had someone sleeping outside of a bedroom, and they needed to use the restroom at night, they had to enter someone's bedroom just to use the restroom and the door may not even shut.

Very clean / Great Accommodations

The property was very clean inside and out. Very impressed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The only negative thing I can say it that the lighting in the bathrooms were bad to put makeup on.

Clean cabin and great location

We loved our stay at Hero Hideout! It was a huge hit with my kids of all ages. The cabin was located very close to Dollywood! Easy to get to with the roads not too steep or difficult. Decorated nicely, comfortable beds and overall a wonderful cabin. We loved our stay and hope to come back for a longer trip!

Convenient

We love that it’s close to everything and still quiet . One of the main things too was the community pool. It has everything we needed without having to bring anything but food . This was our second time staying and plan on doing it every year

Unique and comfortable

My family enjoyed our stay. Cabin was conveniently located and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. The unique theming made it fun and memorable. Will definitely keep the hero hideout on my favorites list!

15th Birthday Weekend

We let our son select a cabin for a long 15th birthday weekend celebration! We wanted a location near the strip and he wanted to make sure there was an arcade, pool table, and hot tub. We knew we found the one when we found Hero's Hideout in our VRBO search. It had everything we wanted and needed for our stay combined with a super cool theme - Avengers! The hosts did a great job carrying the theme throughout the cabin. They were super responsive when we did need to reach out to make sure our vacation was amazing!

Hideout with the best

Very nice cabin. Clean and roomy. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge. Easy Access. Only drawback - pinball machine not working. But overall great.

Simply Perfect!!!

A few baseball dads stayed with their kids at this Pigeon Forge property this weekend. The property was clean, spacious, and it had everything we needed.The boys really enjoyed themselves in the game room. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the Ripken experience Pigeon Forge baseball facility. The property is close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
