Very Good Stay

Not a bad location, need updating on beds and couches and etc. Check in was good and easy, the office was good to work with. They took care of all of our needs.Close to most of what we wanted to do. Room for the whole bunch of us.

Perfect house

We take a trip with 6 adult couple every year! This was perfect for us, we got to hang out in the basement, there is an extra fridge down there. Wasn’t too far out and the roads driving there were not bad at all. Perfect for a group trip.

Church Group Fun

This cabin was perfect for our church group while we attended a youth conference. We had the best weekend! The cabin was well stocked and super clean. The kids loved the stairs, hot tubs, and game room. We can highly recommend this cabin for some great bonding time. We loved the common area to play games and get to know each other. It was very convenient to the conference and everything we wanted to do. The kids even chose to come back to the cabin and hang out when they had free time. Great experience!

Wonderful

We had a surprise birthday party. Family driving in from different areas for the weekend. The cabin was very spacious for 7 adults and 4 children. Very relaxing and plenty to do in the cabin. Very close to the parkway and anything you wanted to do.

Great place for lies of people just not ideal for seniors bc of steps. We had a church group and it was a little difficult for them to stay on the bottom 2 floors or the top.

Absolutely loved everything about it!

This is our 3rd year traveling to Pigeon Forge. But our first cabin. This cabin did not disappoint. I loved the space, multiple family areas, master suite and more. Beautiful cabin, clean, cozy rooms and comfortable beds. Great location to everything. Was at the strip in no time. *Side note* do you know how to get my family to agree to anything. Well everyone agree they want to stay here again next year. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A house that was fitting for all

The house was perfect For everyone's needs from one month to 70. The location was great close to the island And shopping. Enough parking for 4 cars. 2 hot tubs In a large dining room table that set all of us at 1 time. We would definitely rent it again

Please have someone check this cabin. We saw roaches in the kitchen and that concerned us that they were in other places of the house. We chose not to cook anything, because I have dealt with roaches with a family member and I know that they get on dishes and everything in the cabinet. We normally cook because it is not as expensive as eating out. We either ordered delivery or we ate out the entire trip. We washed cups for coffee, and a few plates and bowls. I also know that they can be transported by packages and luggage into your homes. We opened our luggage on our porches, shook our clothes and put them in the washer after we got home. After a seeing them, it completely changed our trip. We have come to Pigeon every for 8 or 9 years and this is the first time we have ever had to deal with a situation like this. Please invest in better bedding. Your mattresses were very uncomfortable. If your clients do not rest well, it will affect their decision to come back. The house is large and it is beautiful. I am not bashing anyone, just telling your our experience. Thanks so much, Regina Delili

Nice place

Cabin was in a perfect location in Pigeon Forge. Pictures are accurate. The kitchen is small and the pans are very worn. We did have to contact management a few times, and they responded very promptly.

Smiling about Grinnin Bear

This cabin is large and was perfect for our group of 9 (2 couples, 5 singles). Its a great value for the price. The game area on the lower level was great. The check in process was quick and easy. Tricia at the office was so nice and answered all of our questions. The only complaint we had was the size of the kitchen area for our size group BUT that was a very minor complaint. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this cabin again.

Wonderful time

We very much enjoyed the location of this cabin. It worked perfectly for our family and the layout of the cabin was one of the best we have stayed in. I would recommend it and we hope to stay there again. It could have been a little cleaner when we got there but we just vacuumed a little and enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation under one roof

My family (husband and me, 4 adult children and spouses, 4 young grandchildren, also my husband’s mother) spent a great week here! We did a lot of cooking, so wished for a slightly bigger kitchen, but there was a nice large kitchen table where we could all sit together. This place is great for a big family. BYO high chairs 😊

Dollywood, here we come!

Clean and well stocked vacation rental. There were lots of stairs which worked ok for us as we had lots of kids with lots of energy. We wanted to rent it again, and would have, except the September trip we planned has lots of 70+ couples and too many stairs. Enjoyed every minute!!

Best Vacation Ever

My 34th birthday. I invited 10 of my friends and we had a ball. The cabin is roomy. Game room and the jacuzzi and hot tub is amazing. The only thing that I was not so cool about is the parking space. Its not big at all. We had 5 cars to park and it was tight. Overall nice and gorgeous!!!
