The cabin was fine. But there weren't enough parking places close to the cabin. They really need to be marked by cabin number. And it really needs to mention that it is on a steep hill to unload your car. Bc if you have any walking issues as we do it's really hard to unload your car & walk up or on a hill. And it would have been really nice if check out would have been a little better.

Great place with perfect access to the Pigeon Forge Strip, but still has great views of the Mts as well. Hot tub was well maintained and super relaxing. The loft bedroom was fun and we loved playing pool with friends. Would recommend!

Dishes were not clean, floors were very dirty, upstairs toilet was not secured to the floor, and the upstairs faucet leaks. Carpeted area on stairs and into 1st floor bedroom was also very worn and dirty looking. On a positive note, linens were clean, amenities were nice (hot tub, furniture, tv’s, WiFi, etc), and location was convenient.

Pigeon Forge Cal Ripken World Series

Our overall stay was excellent. If something was not right in our condo, I immediately messaged the owner and he was able to get someone there to fix the problem. The propane tank was not full.

Convenient location……not enough parking

The property location was good, not too far off the parkway and easy to get to. There was not enough parking for the unit we stayed in. Our unit did not have parking at the house. We were a family of 6 (2 kids and 4 adults) so we did have 2 vehicles. There were not enough parking spots in the parking section by the unit we had and no marking that assigned any parking spots to the units as I think there were about 8 units and maybe 6 or 7 parking spots so we had issues some nights getting parking near our unit (this was particularly hard for my father who has breathing issues when walking a distance and no parking at the house). The parking was also tight….a car had gotten side swiped in the parking lot during our stay. The house was nice, carpets upstairs were pretty dirty (kids white socks were black after walking around). Upstairs toliet rocked when sat on (but usable). It appeared one of the windows upstairs had recently been replaced but had exposure around the window of insulation and small light coming through from bottom corner to outside. The unit did have a broken microwave door when we arrived but the property manager was able to come out and get that fixed very quickly. Overall, the location was good! The unit could use a little TLC and extra cleaning of the carpets. Parking was not great but based on the layout not sure anything could be improved there.

We stayed for 9 days over the Christmas period i was worried the cabin might be cold as i have a newborn but it was very warm and cosy overall cabin is as advertised host was very helpful in responding to any questions i had even through Christmas period overla ita

Decent place

Carpeting needs a seious update or scrubed.you could see the path most traveled on the steps...my feet got dirty from walking indoors. The utensil drawer had 2 spoons and 2 forks . We sent the host a message about it and he had some delivered

Our Retreat

The property was very nice but not ideal for us. The parking was fine since it was a slow time but would be difficult if busy. There were steep steps into the place that were hard for us to climb. Definitely not handicap friendly. The view from windows and porches was mostly blocked by the trees.

Overnight Close to Town

This property was perfect for our purpose, which was just an overnight getaway for two couples. The property is in a cramped development and is one side of a duplex so there was a bit of noise from the neighbors in the morning, but it is very conveniently located near the strip in Pigeon Forge, which is what we wanted. The unit was super clean, well equipped and very well decorated. Only the exterior looks like a cabin, the interior does not, if that’s what you’re looking for. Each bedroom has its own bath but the second bedroom is in the loft area with the pool table. This wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for others. Just fyi, the view off the back deck is of Wears Valley Road so there is traffic noise (only if you’re outside) and no mountain view. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked very clean. There was good communication from the owners and check in and out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again for a quick trip.

Clean & Close to everything!

Starting with the very easy check-in process, the cabin was very clean and comfortable, very roomy! This was a Christmas gift for our daughter and son-in law, they too enjoyed the stay, they loved the loft area.
