Our stay was good! We loved the cabin and it was very spacious for our group of 10 adults. We never felt on top of each other. The house was a comfortable and fun place for us to come back to every night after our adventures in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was deep enough in a residential area to feel homey but close enough to a lot of places for entertainment/food. We have a few complaints/notes: to start, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom was NOT enough for our 4day/3night trip. Again, we were 10 adults (6 female, 4 male) and at the end we were sharing rolls. We read the contract and knew it wasn’t going to be replenished, but because of the thin quality of the paper - it got used up more quickly and we all felt like 1 roll under each bathroom sink would have be reasonable. Same went for the hot water. It got REAL hot and the shower pressure was amazing, but not everyone got a full hot shower. We all learned to take really quick showers or do the “bird bath method” to be mindful of each other. I’m not sure if anything can be done about that but keep it in mind! The place could use a good dusting in those “forgotten” spots like areas higher up & especially on the tops of beams that you can see from the top level and the hot tub needs a LITTLE more water. Other than those things, we enjoyed the home. Check out was easy & I was pleasantly surprised with the “welcome” phone call I got the morning after check-in making sure we settled in okay! Thanks!!!!

Virginias Villa

This house is a mess. Upper bathroom leaks into the tub below. The main floors are unsteady and not safe. Beetle bugs in one bedroom. Cat family living under the house. Carpet was not clean. Stove worked intermittently. Most TVs did not work . Stayed last year also and reported all. Thought repairs would be done. They were not. Won’t stay here again.

Family vacation

This cabin is very dated and wasn’t very clean when we arrived but it was large enough for 14 adults. It was a very good location. Close to the main road in Pigeon Forge. When we arrived there was only one roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in kitchen. There were no replacement trash bags for the kitchen can. We had to buy extra of all three because we were there for 5 days. The kitchen had only one dish towel no kitchen towels or potholders. They need to take into account how many people are staying and for how long when stocking cabin. Rooms not very sound proof.

Very good property

We were 12 people and stayed for 3 nights at this property. Good location near pigeon forge strip. Bit older but good for staying. We had an issue with the oven and they fixed it very quickly. Saw couple of spiders...

2 star cabin.

When we arrived, it is dated, but thats some peoples thing so I'm not gonna knock that, it does have a mix of log and wallpaper so its not the traditional all log cabin on the inside like some. There aren't any wood floors. upon entry, on the main level. we noticed the carpet is dingy, the kitchen floors need a good scrubbing. The fridge in the kitchen leaks water so have some towels handy. Both main level bathrooms had a public restroom smell. One of which had water in the floor that maintenance told us must have been from the previous guest, so how we'll do they really clean between people, the bedrooms have the same dingy carpet. For a no pet cabin our bed sheets had what looked like dog hair on it. Luckily we had a washer and dryer. Room sizes are ok, not big but not small. There was a pair of the previous guest dirty drawers behind one of the bedroom doors. Left over food in the oven. If you plan on cooking give the oven plenty of time to cook. It did have a fully furnished kitchen. Ashes and beer bottle caps on the top deck. Down stairs, the game room has the same dingy carpet. The Down stairs fridge was froze up. We never used it. The laundry Room was good. The downstairs bedroom that backs up to the laundry room was infested with ROACHES, we were informed by maintenance that the best they could do is try and get the exterminator out first thing in the morning, that never happened. Needless to say we had to go purchase our own roach baits and spray. The deck with the hot tub had beer caps spread out on it also. The master upstairs, had the Same carpet. It appeared ok as I was only up once, because we let my sister have it all to herself. This cabin has the potential to be a really nice cabin with some consistent cleaning and some updating. It has a older look to the outside which I feel draws some people in.

Hot tub did not work

Hot tub did not work for entire stay. We were checking out on Sunday and tub was not fixed until Saturday.

Cabin #92 could have been a nice cabin

This cabin is located in a community you are surrounded by neighbors. My experience was not too great. The heater was not working on the top n mid level. We had space heaters our entire stay. I saw that on a review from another renter but that was back in January so I thought it was fixed by Oct. The hot tub outside was not holding heat at first. The kitchen sink was squirting water when you turned it on. The bathroom downstairs had a spot on ceilings like mold and its ready to fall in. Some of the games dont work in game rooms for the kids. We had their maintenance in the unit everyday trying to fix something. This unit was clearly not up to part to be rented out. You pay cleaning fees but there was spider webs all upstair looking over the balcony area. Sofa bed in livingroom had stains like blood spots. It could be a nice cabin if you wanna stay in an community and also if they take the time to fix stuff in stop just patching things up.

A Great Place to Create Family Memories

Our cabin was wonderful and the staff at Eagles Ridge Resort was fantastic. The cabin was spotless and every attention to detail was included. Management and its maintenance crew were both very responsive to our every need. We would definitely stay there again.

Not set up to accommodate 14 people for 5 days

Air conditioning not working properly; only 1 towel per person for 5 days, did not go on vacation to do laundry every day. Floors were sticky, even after we mopped them again. Would not stay again.
