Easter Stay
The Sage Retreat was lovely. It was easy to check in/out was easy. The house was clean, and had most supplies for a long weekend. It’s roomy and cozy for 2 families (9 people). The pool was a big hit with the kids. The hot tub was clean and had great jets. Very relaxing! We had amazing weather so the outdoor decks were nice to relax on. The location is close to the main attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge, but still felt removed. The Iron Forge Brewing Co. was a cool place to grab a bite and hang outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Quick Weekend Getaway
Very nice cabin close to the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Only thing a little disappointed in the view. Blocked by elevation and other cabins.

Our stay at sage retreat.

Perfect All Around - Location, Amenities, Etc.
Stayed 3 nights in this community that is less than 5 min off the “Strip”. Kids swam in the indoor pool 3 times a day every day, and my wife and I enjoyed having three huge deck options for enjoying the fall sites. Really a great neighborhood and all around process. Will stay in this community and with this owner again for sure.

Fall Break in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge
The Sage Retreat was an awesome home away from home for my family during our fall break vacation this year. Check in process was very easy as was the check out process. Location of this property is fantastic as well - less than 15 minutes to pretty much all the major attractions in the area! The indoor pool was a huge bonus and the kids loved it. I think we took a swim everyday we were there! Property was clean and well maintained. Another bonus - the internet service in the home was great which can be hit or miss in the area. Would definitely book again with Neil and No Worry Vacations!

Great place!
Very nice place to stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a very relaxing and fun weekend. The kiddos loved the pool and arcade games! Plenty of kitchen items to use for meals. Lots of space for all to spread out. Would definitely recommend when visiting Dollywood and surrounding areas!

I’m picky about where I stay, concerning cleanliness. This was not a problem here. Very clean. When we travel we’re not at the cabin/room much. We head out of town to the outdoors. We don’t do much cooking but everything seemed ready to go. Plenty of cookware of dishes. All clean. We would return. Thank you

Very Cozy and Clean
Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We had two children under the age of 12 in our group and they thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool and having their own rooms. The living room isn't huge but it is very cozy and fit our group of ten perfectly for family game night. The breakfast and dinner situations where a little complicated due to limited seating (6)but it was a vacation together and we made it work and had fun. The only thing I wished is that there was a bit of a better view of the mountains but we did plenty activities that helped us get that into our trip. Would definitely stay there with the same amount of people again.

Perfect location
The property was very nice and easily located to the main Parkway with all attractions and restaurants. The Owner was very responsive and was prompt with any concerns. The pool had to be safety checked a cleaned properly on the first day of arrival, but it was repaired and handled in a timely manner for us to enjoy the pool. Appliances and towels were well stocked for our size that was staying at the Retreat. Everyone loved the decor and the outdoor balconies served us well in the evenings for relaxing.

Great family get away
This is a nice cabin that can accommodate a large family or 3+ couples. We and our two married children and their spouses, along with our 6 month old granddaughter enjoyed our stay here very much. Hope to come again

Lovely Cabin in heart of Pigeon Forge
We had a wonderful stay at The Sage Retreat. Neil was easy to contact and very communicative. We had 4 adults and 4 children. 2 adults stayed upstairs and 2 downstairs. The 4 boys stayed in the 2 bunk room. We had our own bathrooms, plus more. The boys loved the pool, Ms. Pac-Man machine, jacuzzi and foosball. The house was extremely clean. It’s was very close to the parkway, Publix and all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Parking at the house was easy. They had a small barbecue we used to grill. The WiFi was spotty but Neil sent someone out to fix the issue. I think it’s a Pigeon Forge issue, not the house. Overall, I would recommend friends to stay at this lovely cabin.

They deserve more then five stars really clean all that you need they have it even a Landry pool temperature awesome 🤩 nice view really centrical store parks is really close to the cabin peace full and relaxing they even had a Christmas 🎄 tree in the living room the communication is really good come and stay you will never regretted I will come back with my family thank you thank you 😊 🥰/super lo recomiendo esta cabina merece mas de 5 estrellas es muy limpio cómodo tienen todo lo que necesitas hasta lavadora y secadora la temperatura de la piscina es perfecta todas las tiendas parques están muy centrico muy relajante y tranquilo hasta un árbol de navidad 🎄 tenia de decoración en la sala la comunicación fue muy buena lo súper recomiendo voy a regresar con mi familia nuevamente gracias ❤️🥰

Perfect Location; Wonderful Time!!
The cabin was in a perfect location! Mins away from all the attractions. There was more than enough space for my family of seven. The pool and hot tub really came in handy as the weather was colder than usual during our stay. The communication with management and the owner was excellent! My family and I definitely plan on returning to this rental in the near future.

Kids love the pool
Don’t expect to fill all the bedrooms and still have room to all lounge in the living area watching a movie. But if you’re like our family we had adults and young children. The kids loved that indoor pool!

Nice Cabin, great 4th of July stay
The cabin, overall was very nice. It was very clean, pretty well maintained and everything it worked properly. Check in was simple, easy and the owner was great! There was constant communication with him regarding our stay. The location is extremely convenient to the main highway in Pigeon Forge which was very nice. The only issues we had were the dumpster had trash on the ground, everywhere. It made for an eye sore over a long weekend. The cabin also is not as big as the pictures would indicate. Overall, my family and friends had a great time over the 4th of July weekend in this cabin.

Cabin was clean, everything well stock. Pool was awesome. A little cold on our first night, but message the owner and the pool guy happened to be right next door and he came over right away and took care of the problem. Would stay here again in the future!

Great stay!
Plenty of room for my family of four. Far enough away from the main strip to enjoy nature and close enough that it only took a few minutes to get to the parkway. Loved being able to get to restaurants without going on the parkway as it was crowded. Kids loved playing in the pool while snowing/raining/sleeting outside! Would definitely stay again!

From the day I booked this trip until we checked out, our host was incredible! He was very responsive, kind and willing to accommodate our group. The property was spacious and extremely clean. We were just far enough from the main drag to make things quiet, but close enough that we barely had to go anywhere to get to where the action was. I look forward to booking with this host again in the future!

Perfect home away from home
This “ staycation“ was one of the best! Great location just minutes Away from the island! The only problems we had were one of the bunkbeds had a bag of Doritos left over from previous stat stuck under the pillow. Lol kids will be kids. And the pool was freezing most of our stay. We contacted property manager and it was quickly resolved. Thanks again for a great Stay!

Indoor Pool & Awesome House!
Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The host is very quick to communicate. The house was very clean, and the features are awesome from the smart TV's in every room, to the kitchen having all necessities. The indoor pool was just the right temp. and the kids loved it. Everything we needed was supplied and well stocked! Will definitely be renting from this host again!

Amazing!
My husband and I stayed with our 2 children and their friends. We had an amazing time from the minute we checked in until we checkout. We had a slight issue with the WiFi, but the property manger answered within minutes of my message and had someone out to fix it first thing the next morning since it was almost 10 pm when I messaged. The property was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Much needed get away!
This house is very beautiful! The location was maybe 5 minutes from town and the owner was great with making sure we were taking care of. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It was easy to park and get into the house. I also enjoyed watching football on the outside TV with the fireplace. There is construction in the neighborhood but that’s just because all of the houses are new. I would definitely come back to the sage retreat!
