Great Location, Easy Access to Ballfields

We loved the location, close to things to do, and very close to the World Series ball fields. The personal hot tub was a very nice amenity, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Since we were coming from out of town on a plane (not able to carry some needed items), it might have been a bit more comfortable with some items we have had at other VRBO's before: a portable mini pantry with condiments/spices (salt and pepper etc), and other minor staples. Also disposable food storage containers, baggies, and paper products would be nice. We looked for a blender to do shakes, but could not find one. Also, because we were there for a week, we were trying to keep it nice, but we couldn't do much without some minor cleaning products, mop, etc. Also, there was not a kitchen sink strainer to prevent food from stopping up water flow in the sink. Also, the bathrooms didn't have a soap dish, so we had to just put the soap on the counter top, kind of messy. Also, there was not a toilet plunger, didn't need it, but you never know. The place was wonderful, and very comfortable. Would definitiely recommend to anyone. Thank you for sharing with us.

Not the best experience

We stayed here for 7 days , walked in couch looked like it should be in the trash, we bought lots of food to cook on the grill and couldn’t get it to work,yes the owners had a grill deliever but it was our last day there in a box to be put together so grill was not used. The railings on the top floor are very wobbly so if have little ones be cautious. The floors upstairs is very dirty. Other then all of that that’s was good

Fantastic stay

The cabin was clean and was large enough to host 2 couples. Pool table wasnt perfectly level but still good enough to play and build memories. Hot tub was amazing with enough views but still private enough. The only real issue was parking. A large truck can barely fit around some of the bends if another large vehicle was already parked.

Pigeon Forge spring break

This was a great location for spring break in the Smokies. The cabin was very conveniently located close to Dollywood and other Pigeon Forge attractions. It was spacious with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table.

Great location, great property! Was a cool night so we were in the hot tub, Excellent!Probably need a deep clean and a few things for the cost, but overall was Very Good!If cooking in the kitchen, a few things missing, but we did leave the measuring cups, teaspoon set, hand grater! Enjoy your stay!

Rental needs updates; good communication with property manager

On the positive side, this rental was a good location in proximity to everything and the host was great at communication. He addressed our needs throughout the stay. We enjoyed the space as a whole and the cabin vibes were great. On the negative side, this rental was not what was listed. The listing showed two decent looking couches and said it had a bath tub - but it had one very worn down sofa and two showers. We needed a bathtub for our young children. The kitchen could use some more supplies and the pillows were lumpy and few were provided. The biggest thing for us was the dirty carpets throughout the rental. The floors and carpets were vacuum cleaned, but after just a couple hours of being there, my children's feet were dirty and black on the bottom. We shared our concerns with the rental manager immediately and he was very responsive and apologetic, and they sent the cleaners back out to the property along with a few supplies. However, these carpets need a deep clean and possibly a replacement in the near future.

Very disappointed

Unfortunately, we were not pleased with our stay on Nov 7th and 8th . We love Gatlinburg and visit often. This visit was different, it was the 1st time I spent extra money to have a larger cabin so my family coming from CA would have plenty of room during the stay. The pictures displayed in the photos are very misleading. This is a QUADPLEX cabin, not an actual cabin in the woods. You literally have people below you and beside you as if you were in an apartment - of course this is fine, but it should be advertised as such. There is only one sofa in the living area, not two, which truly matters when you have family staying with you. The beautiful beds were not the same as in the photos. According to the listing in VRBO this is a very spacious cabin that easily sleeps 6. However if there are more than 4 of you, please know you will not have a living area to sit in because the pullout couch takes up the entire area. I attempted to call my contact for the listing, and it just rang, no voicemail, no answer. I got a message later advising me not to call and only to send messages through the platform. I recommend the owner remove the phone number from the listing if you do not want to accept any calls. Needless to say, we stayed one night and returned home. I would have loved to share my experience with the owner of the cabin; however, I was unable to reach them.

Great cabin unit

The check in and out process was super easy. The cabin is exactly as listed and pictured. Very clean, the towels and linen that are provided are clean, we didn't cook but the kitchen is stocked. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool table and after a long day of walking th hot tub was great! The indoor pool is nice and clean but from the cabin you have to walk up the hill to get to it. (Not too horrible). The owners have rennovated so the deep tub/combo downstairs is no longer there so no need to worry about that if you have read previous reviews. Its a walk in shower and very nice.Would definitely stay here again. The only recommendations would to include more towel holders on the walls or doors to hang up bath towels (the company does supply enough for stay and will provide more) but it would be great to have a place to hang them. Highly recommend this place.

Great Stay! Great location!

We enjoyed our stay and felt the price was on point especially given the proximity to attractions in/around the area. We were close enough but far enough away to relax from the crowds. The unit was clean and greatly appreciate the hot tub being cleaned between stays. The owners/management were always quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out were quick and easy!

Fun time

This house is located close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Dollywood and Gatlinburg are about 15 mins away. The indoor pool is a nice feature as well for colder months. The beds were comfortable and they start you off with beginning supplies which was helpful.

Wonderful

A fantastic cabin and the best customer service you'll ever get! I forgot code to pool so I texted them 30 seconds later we were in no problems. Only down side was we were in 1st cabin so had a street view as well. However the mountains view was great!! We will definitely stay there again if in the area!

Enjoyed our stay
