The just experience was the worst we’ve ever had. Communication was horrible. The listing showed and listed a bathtub (as I have a toddler, a bathtub is a must) and that had been removed and a walk in shower, also the hottub was drained and all that remained was approximately 1 inch of water and dirt and debris. It took me contacting VRBO and hours later the following day before I heard from the host. I was told I would have a toddler bathtub sent via instacart and that someone would be sent to get the hottub filled up…both never happened. It took 24 hours each time to contact the host before I was sent a text message, after I spent hours texting, calling and leaving voicemails. Avoid this host and Peace of Mind in TN unless you enjoy missing amenities, useless hosts, terrible communication, and losing money. If I could give negative stars, I would.
The hottub the entire 4 day trip.

We loved it!

We really enjoyed the property! It was perfect for our family of four, but would have easily accommodated more. The location was amazing and so convenient to everything. We loved the modern, yet still cabin-like feel of the condo! We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip. Thank you for a great stay!

We were extremely disappointed in our stay at this place. Ad didn’t say it was a bottom unit. There is a hot tub over your head on the balcony. When they dump the water from that one it falls on this one. When we arrived it was VERY DIRTY! There were crackers all over the living room floor that my infant of course found. My infants legs were black after briefly crawling on the floor. There was a layer of dust on the bunk beds. The floor had chunks of hair and dust bunnies swept into the corner. The floor by the utility closet was filthy. The unit was not secure. The door chain was on a weak molding that my toddler could pull off. Anyone could get in. No screens on the windows so you couldn’t have them open especially with kids. Grill was disgusting. There was a hole between units by the hot tub that someone could crawl through (or my toddler) and get to the other side or look at you in the hot tub. The kitchen stuff was scratched up Teflon pans and a knife that the handle wouldn’t stay on. It was dangerous to use. Literally the cheapest stuff possible. Bowls were cracked. Good thing I brought most of our own stuff. The tv overlooking the bedroom bed had a discrete camera plugged into it! Complete invasion of privacy. My husband unplugged it. The railing down the walkway by the sidewalk was missing a vertical board which would allow a child to fall a pretty big fall. The lighting was also really uncomfortable super bright sterile lighting. You felt like you were in a basement.

Great Location

This cabin is located right behind the strip, which is super convenient! The hot tub is very big and clean and the bed was comfortable. I will say there was a lack of necessities in the kitchen (I.e. pot holders, measuring cups/spoons, flat spatula) but I bought some things and left them there so that shouldn’t be an issue now. The water pressure is alright, not fantastic. My kids loved the indoor heated pool and game room but we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi as it was cold & the jets wouldn’t come on. Owner was very responsive when I reached out. Overall it was a good stay, the location and hot tub were our favorite parts and we would probably stay there again just for that.

Perfect stay!

This property was perfect for our family of 4! Location was great....right off the parkway yet still felt private and secluded. Spent a lot of time in the spotless hot tub on the deck. Barely knew if we had neighbors. The walk in shower was awesome. Overall great cabin in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

The property was rather unclean and ironic the cleaning person leaves an envelope to leave a tip. My tip would be to actually clean. There were bugs on floor along with a wad of hair that was not my own or our families. The tables were not wiped before our visit. More than 2 pillows on the bed would have been nice. Extras in closet looked dirty and no pillow cases provided for them. The unit was definitely in need of multiple repairs including missing floor board moldings and holes in interior doors. The outside of property was most likely not able to be helped by owner but the trash was left outside an empty dumpster for first few days we were there. It was not just a little trash but a whole dumpster size full. Makes you worried about bears coming to eat the trash and having to walk buy it to pool. Pool was conveniently located to this unit.

Great place

We rented this property for 3 days and we loved it. So close to the parkway in Pigeon Forge, it was clean and welcoming. They had fires in the area before we came down which caused us to rethink the trip but Larry (the owner) assured us we would not be affected by smoke or smell from the fire which was correct. He also responded to every question I posted on VRBO within minutes. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family and stay here myself again when we come back down.

Amazing condo!

This Cabin is everything you could want and more. The property manager & host reply immediately. Being a germ a phob- this house made me comfortable because it was SO CLEAN. I couldn’t ask for anything better for my little family. My son was obsessed with the bunk beds & the large hot tub. We had the best time and WILL be back. I can’t say enough great things about our stay.

Great Spring Break Trip!!

This is our second time renting with the owners and they are just fantastic! The condo is perfectly pictured and perfect for our family of 4! We love big bear for the location to the Parkway ! Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to a growing brush fire in wears valley and felt it was best to leave and the owners were quick to respond to our concerns and even refunded our last night for us !! We will ALWAYS look for rentals with them for future trips !!

Great girls weekend with perfect location!

I thought the rental was very well kept and the Christmas decorations were a nice plus around the holidays. My friends and I loved that we could go to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg during our trip because the location was so great. I highly recommend a girls trip to this cabin! We loved it.

Wonderful Location

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location is very close to all the popular attractions. The hot tub was a great addition. The only issue we had was with the water heater. We could only get about 3 inches of water in the tub before it started to run cold. Other than that , everything was wonderful. We did lose power during our stay for about 5 hours due to a winter storm , but was restored once it stopped snowing.

Great location and accommodations.

We really enjoyed staying here, although it is a condominium, it was quite private and quiet. We had everything we needed to make meals within the home and the space was perfect for my family of four. The only downside was the hot water, there was only about 10 minutes of warm water in the shower (this was first thing in the morning and without running water elsewhere). We definitely would not have been able to shower consecutively as my husband and I both ran out of hot water very quickly. Otherwise, the home was well cared for and had comfortable beds that were not overused, which is something we have experienced many times in other rental homes. We also enjoyed the location and convenience to downtown Pigeon Forge. All in all, if the water issue were addressed I would definitely stay here again.
