Absolutely AVOID this rental company. Was asked to sign a rental agreement 24 hours before check in. They sent the email 3 hours before cut off time. I replied told let them know we are confirming and that I did not receive a rental agreement. They supposedly tried to send the agreement 3 times. I never received it. After going back and forth at 7:30am on check in day (check in was not until 4pm) they stopped answering my messages trying to get access code for cabin. I called and messaged several times. Vrbo agents called and emailed them as well. Nobody could get in touch. We get to the cabin to see if maybe they left something for us to check in. Nothing. We've already been looking for other places to stay at this point just in case. After arriving my husband started checking windows and luckily we were able to get in from a broken window. After 1.5 hours after check in they messaged to ask how we were settling in. All of a sudden they are able to get in touch with us again and message me back and forth for 2 hours after learning how upset I was. This is the worst company to book with. our host was Samuel and I leave never experienced service like this. The cabin was clean and had what we needed. If you want a goodnights rest dont stay here. They are sure to do dumpster pickups at 3 and 4 am lasting about 30 min. The owner of this cabin should probably consider getting a new bed frame as well. Husband cut his leg on it. Looks like a hazard for a child.

The property was small. There were no storage closets or dressers for clothing. The pool wasnt working when we first arrived and then looked dirty (outdoor pool). The paint was peeling. Back screen door was broken.

Very nice and quiet stay!

First off, Samuel was very hospitable and friendly! Made checking in, our stay, and checking out a breeze. The cabin was nice but a little outdated/not finished in some areas. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Easy access to the main strip in Pigeon Froge. The pool and hot tub area were clean and sanitized. Just be careful with your vehicles and food, there are plenty of bears all over even walking on the deck Great place to stay for 2 people!!

Perfect little cabin

This cabin was the perfect size for my under 10yr old son and I. Everything was clean and operational. It is nice that you have your own private driveway. Will definitely rent again if visiting.

Wonderful Cabin

We truly loved this cabin. It was perfect for my wife and me. The location was great with easy access to everything. I cannot think of anything that we needed that wasn't there. We would love to stay here again.

Sweetest little cabin

I love this cabin. I was in town for business and wasn’t there to enjoy the extras but it was so clean and felt very cozy. It was perfect for a couple and just minutes from the parkway. I arrived late at night and couldn’t see much, but the owner wrote me back right away helping me locate the cabin which I was thankful for. Having a driveway made it a quick in and out from my accommodations. I hope to return!

Good stay

Cabin was clean. Pictures are accurate. The description gets lost in the mix but it is a shared unit. This one has a basement unit. The downstairs unit was rather loud our last night, no fault of the owner. You will get asked multiple times to leave a 5* rating, just a heads up.

Perfect Location

Our recent stay was nothing short from perfect! Let me start with saying that the location of this cabin is the most convenient that I have stayed in, in my multiple trips to the area. The host was very accommodating and communicative with us through our entire stay. I also loved that there is both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub on the property available to use. We will definitely be back in the future.

August Getaway

We love staying at Big Bear Lodge and Resort. This was our first time to stay in this cabin. It would have been nice to have had a tv in the bedroom and /or a recliner in the living room . Over all it was a good place to stay and close to parkway .
