We absolutely loved our stay. 10 minutes from all pigeon forge activities but secluded enough for that cabin feel. Check in was a breeze and cabin was super clean. The river is 10 second walk and you can see it from the hot tub. We will be back!

Much needed

We came from Arkansas to Pigeon Forge to chill, fish and checkout the Smokies! It was a nice stay, river right in front of you, hot tub on deck. Like minutes to Pigeon Forge 15 to Gatlin burg every thing was right there. Only gripe might be the geese just because of all the crap! But I know it is the nature of the beast and no reflection on the cabins! So all in all great place to stay would defiantly stay there again!

Loved the stay at the cabin. The house was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was nice and people are very friendly. Loved everything about the cabin and would stay here again.

Amazing rental

My wife and I rented the cabin for our 25th wedding anniversary. The cabin was clean and beautiful. We will definitely rent from Aunt Bugs again. The staff is easy to work with and check in / catch out is a breeze. Our little dog, Bellatrix loved the cabin and watching the geese.

Nice getaway

Smooth and easy ck in and ck out. Wish furniture was cleaner and comfy but everything else was great. Even came and turned on game system because I couldn’t figure it out. Nice added fun

Overall good stay. Hot tub was cold when we checked in at 4pm so lost a day of use. Indoor Fireplace wouldn’t work either. Appears to have been shutdown or just broken. Was advised we would get a VIP card to use for a future trip for a free night but When I asked how we get the card, no one responded. Paid for cabin through VRBO but in offset to jet contactless entry we still had to physically go to cabin rental office to check in to give drivers license and credit card.

Quiet getaway

Good place off the beaten path. Quiet. Only complaint was dirty dishes and no sheets for the pullout couch. (After multiple phone calls we get sheets delivered an hour and a half later).

Nice little cabin on river on level ground

Nice little cabin on level ground. Bed was broken but was fixed during our stay. It was confy. Loved the arcade game system and enjoyed the fire place. Location was perfect and next to the river. Motorcycle friendly location! Quiet little area with several cabins but not over populated.

Awesome cabin and location

This was a very nice, clean cabin in a GREAT location if your preference is to stay in the pigeon forge area. Just a few minutes with multiple routes that take you to different parts of the main drag. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful cabin

This cabin was awesome. Clean, great bed, and a great view of the geese on the river. Kept the name of the cabin to reserve again. Check-in/out was fantastic.

Disgusting & unclean - DO NOT RENT FROM AUNT BUGS

Filthy! Arrived in the evening. Floor was gross and unit had not been cleaned. Ring around the tub. There was dog hair all over the floor and after walking around for 1 minute, my feet were completely black. Mold/algae growing around hot tub - so obviously we did not use it. I called REPEATEDLY (8+x)during the first 3 days to get cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself. A broom, dustpan and bucket/mop were provided but with no cleaning solution to mop the floor or clean the tub. I asked to be moved - Nope. After 2 days, one woman working there said she would sent out cleaning people in the morning of our 3rd day. That did not happen. I then gave up and just asked for a refund of the cleaning fee - seems reasonable, right? What a surprise they did not answer or return my email requests. I also tried to find a way for VRBO to assist, but I was not able to get assistance there either. Will go back to Airbnb where I have had much success in the past. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT - DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION BY RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY.
