The trip started with a bunch of back and forth from the day I booked the trip to 30 minutes after i arrived in town about if i could check in early. If you need to check in early, dont bother staying here. The rules mentioned the AC needed to be at 70 or higher- we came in to the cabin being 56 degrees. Every time we left the heat would shut off and drop the cabin would drop to 60 or lower. The wifi would connect and state there was no internet. Only half of our pillows had pillow cases on them. The kitchen table was starting to break to the point we wouldn't use it in fear that it would break and we would be charged for it. The water pressure in the down stairs bathroom was bad to the point that it wouldve been better to wash our hair in the sink and there were holes in the walls that had been covered with pictures. And the entrance to the cabin area messed up the bottom of my car. While it didnt ruin the trip, they seem like issues worth mentioning for future people looking for a place to stay and made us not want to stay here again.

The scenery was beautiful and the cottage was beautiful however the noise was extremely loud from the main road even though we were quite a way up the side of the mountain.

First my family was not allowed to arrive early. The owner said it was being cleaned. When we arrived the cabin was filthy, there was an outstanding overwhelming sewer smell as well as trash overflowing from the trash bin. There were no utensils for the grill, hardly a towels, present mold in the bathroom as well as above the sliding glass door. The windows leaked all over the living room floor. I personally had an allergic reaction response to all the water and mold inside the cabin. I am still recovering.

Nice Cabin, but sleeping could have been better!

The cabin was great! We loved the location access to all the fun activities. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill on back porch. The living room couches and tv was great. We just did not like the beds. On long term stays...greater than a few days, aged spring mattresses are not conducive to a good night sleep. We found ourselves exhausted after 3 days. Also there were missing bed linens.

A Hidden Gem

Our stay was perfect! A mile from everything but the feel of being in the mountains. Our Host was very responsive, especially since this was my first booking with VRBO. Highly recommended.

VERY disappointed

There is too much to list but this cabin is NOT in the mountains but acrossed from the school on a busy street. There are two stools for the br bar that were broken, the dryer takes forever to dry, No towel hooks in either bathroom, upstairs outlets not working, no twelve cup coffee maker, 2 broken lamps, and much more. Never again !!!

Spring Vaca

Clean, homey feeling. Close to alot of attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Only thing we didnt care for which wasnt the owners issues was the cabin we stayed in had 4 units in one. One of the other renters had children that constantly ran up and down the stairs. We also couldn't park in front of the cabin we booked and had to park by the dumpsters and walk over to where we were staying. Next time we will opt for a cabin thats not conected with 3 others.
