Stayed here with my family to ring in the new year and it was a great experience! Perfect location right beside Dollywood, close to all attractions. The cabin was exceptionally clean with very comfortable accommodations, even the sofa bed. We loved the amenities including the hot tub, foosball table, and indoor pool. Host was very welcoming and responded promptly to my inquiries. You cannot beat this location for a view of all the fireworks in Pigeon Forge! Overall I feel this cabin offers a prime location and a great value. Thanks for hosting us.

Yes, the house that we emailed and text back-and-forth was very friendly. The room was really nice. Only issues we had were the chlorine they use in. The hot tub was over powerful and the bedsheets and the towels had too heavy of a detergent sent to them and made me very sick

I have stayed in the Smokey Mountains my whole life. I have booked on VRBO numerous times and I have never had an experience the way I did this weekend. What was suppose to be a relaxing getaway from the kiddos for the weekend with my boyfriend, turned into the WORST, most stressful weekend. Started with waiting to get check in info from the owner after driving 4 hours. Contacted multiple times with no reply for over an hour. Then that first night, there was rat poop and rat teeth marks that took our candy on the couch from the table. So, of course caused us to not sleep well at all due to hearing them run around everywhere that night. There was spider webs, dust, and mold on the coke machine downstairs and in multiple places of the home. The owner took hours to respond to issues. When he did respond it was when we had just got back from being out and wanted to relax for a minute. Our friends had come over to meet up to drive to our next destination for the day when the maintance guy and cleaning gal showed up BANGING on the door. We showed the situation of the rat issue and provided proof of it as well. Instead of helping us with this situation, he then requested ANOTHER payment of 300 due to “extra guests” when that was a lie. So all in all, if you would like to stay at a rat infested, mold smelling, nonresponsive host house that instead of fixing issues would rather charge you another 300 then please stay here. This is the place for you!

The cabin was spotless and comfortable. The location was listed wrong on the VRBO site and wasn't as close to the main thoroughfare as anticipated. However, it was within a couple of miles, which wasn't bad.

Just what the doctor ordered

After a hard month of working at her new company, my wife was finally able to take a break, so we grabbed our granddaughter for her first trip alone with Poppy and Gigi. We found this cabin/condo and it was just what the doctor ordered. The place was large and spacious, yet small enough for 3 people to enjoy each other. Our granddaughter is a budding gamer, following in her mom and dad and her grandparents' footsteps so the Ms. Pacman game was a major hit. The outdoor pool was a short walk away and the indoor pool was even closer, even though we did not try it out. There is a hot tub at the outdoor pool as well as in the room. So relaxing! The house is near almost everything. Dollywood was a big hit and only a mile or so away. The Old Mill Restaurant is about the same distance and has the best view and the best breakfast in the entire area. This place is near almost all the attractions and if you know the backroads, it is easy to get to almost any attraction in the area. Our host, Karin Strom, was a text or call away when we needed her. We decided we wanted an extra day and since the day was open, she allowed us in at the normal room rate that we'd paid for the other nights. Thank you, Karin, we hope to come back again soon!

Family Fun

My kids are 16 and 20. This was perfect for us. Enough space to spread out and they enjoyed Dolly Wood. Loved the views, hot tub and the cabin is well decorated and just where I’d go again. This tired Kindergarten teacher needed a vacation. This was perfect❤️❤️❤️❤️

Weekend stay.

Stayed the weekend for my daughter's 16th birthday and this cabin was perfect. Lots of room, very clean and convenient to everything. We could see the nightly fireworks and drone show at Dollywood from our deck! We had an amazing weekend and would definitely rent this space again in tbe future.
