The property is on the side of the mountain looking over Pigeon Forge. You can see the fireworks at Dollywood nightly. We rent accommodations for 12 to 14 people every other year and this one was a family favorite.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time and with a large crowd with a wide range there was something for everyone within the cabin. Although we had planned another activity I think if we had never left they would have all been fine. Some wanted to stay forever. We will return. Any questions we had we got an immediate response. Highly recommend

Prefect family getaway.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely incredible! Traveling with two families, six kids, and a baby, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. The spacious layout and thoughtful amenities made it ideal for our large group. The location, just five minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge, provided the perfect mix of convenience and tranquility.The panoramic views from the cabin were breathtaking and made for the perfect backdrop to enjoy mornings with coffee or evenings winding down after exploring. The kids loved the arcade games and theater room, while the adults appreciated the peace and quiet of the cabin.The cabin Itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking for our group a breeze, and the cozy living spaces and comfortable bedrooms gave everyone plenty of room to relax. The thoughtful touches throughout the cabin made us feel right at home.Our host was attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. This cabin exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable family getaway! Highly recommend!

Great Location

The property was as advertised. Great location and a beautiful view. The cabin was amazing and we had plenty of room for the whole family. Pigeon Forge was just a few minutes away and it was an easy drive to town. Would recommend the cabin wholeheartedly.

Overall excellent experience.

Very pleased with this cabin and would stay again. There was some handprints on glass to main deck but very clean otherwise. One game did not work but family did enjoy other games. Loved the open view and large dining table. Loved the view of Pigeon Forge and fireworks at night. No back yard and a steep hill behind cabin Overall great experience..

Family Reunion

Had a great time in Gatlinburg ! House located in great position of all attractions. The view from the house is outstanding !!! We had a few hiccups but the host handled it awesome!! Highly recommend this property ! Hope to be back next year.

The best views

The view from this cabin was incredible. We have come every year for 6 years to the same conference and this is the best view we have ever had. Cabin worked out great. I like how open the living space is so our whole group could congregate. Host was very helpful and called to check on us during incoming snow storm. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking was right in front on a flat spot. The roads going up were not that bad.

Beautiful cabin and amazing view

Beautiful cabin and AMAZING view but does need some general maintenance. Handle on freezer drawer was broken, ceiling leaked in one bedroom. All beds were comfortable except for one (main floor), light bulb needed replaced on bottom deck. Communication with the owner was good! The cabin had not been cleaned when we arrived but he had a cleaning crew there very quickly. Owner promised half the cleaning fee back (still have not received). The cleaning crew was great! Probably would not stay again but it is a beautiful cabin.

Great view!

Our family of 11 including grandparents, parents and 5 children had plenty of space for everyone. The house has everything that you need. We especially appreciated the supply of dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags. Just a short drive down the mountain to town and close by many activities. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful property with glorious views. Morning coffee and breathtaking sunrises on the top deck daily! Close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer! Host provided all the amenities for a comfortable stay. So many wonderful family memories were made!

Great Cabin for a family group

We had a group of 13 (10 adults 3 kids from 6-11 years old). Cabin was just about the perfect size. I think any more people and sleeping arrangements would be tight. Plenty of space for everyone to during day and evening. Little and “big kids “ enjoyed the arcade even though some of the games are showing the west and rear of their age (one gun of the big game hunter video game didn’t work). Gray view from deck of the Pigeon Forge parkway, able to see Dollywood parks fireworks and drone show from deck each night. If we come back as a group to pigeon forge we’ll definitely try to book this place.

Perfect getaway!

This cabin has it all. When we arrived we found the owner had us covered regarding everything we might have needed, coffee, laundry detergent, just everything! Most places we stay have you covered for the 1st night. Not here! There was so much room that we were able to find that quiet place when needed. The hammocks were great. The theatre was enjoyed so much. The arcade saw itself played many times. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to be close to the action yet far enough away for some peace and quiet.

Beautiful View

Large home with a beautiful mountain view of Pigeon Forge. Extended family vacation with 10 adults, a toddler, and an infant. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out, an arcade room, hot tub, and theater to help unwind after a busy day. Close proximity to Pigeon Forge. Infant jumper and high chair provided which was awesome.

Family Vacation

The cabin was wonderful, very spacious, Our grandkids loved the game room and the theater room. They would eat snacks and popcorn every evening, watching a movie. We all enjoyed the hottub. The view was spectacular from the porch, we loved sitting out there. The cabin was very close to town,about 6 minutes to Pigeon Forge. One of the beds was not comfortable at all, but the rest was fine. I was pleasantly surprised that they had supplied coffee and creamer, dish pods, and shower jel,paper towels and toilet paper. Really could have used more silverware, microwave serving bowls and a dutch oven pan. There were 15 of us and would run out of silverware and not a big nice pan to cook in.

Amazing view!

Great location with amazing views. Missing the futon bed that’s in the listing. Kitchen can use a deep cleaning and decluttering. Hot tub was hot and clean. My family loved the theater room and game room! Plenty of space for my large family. Most of all we enjoyed the view!

Great place!

We enjoyed this place so much. We were in town for spring break with 2 other families, and the house was perfect. There was plenty of space with fun things for the kids to enjoy. The view was awesome, and the hot tub was a real treat. We even saw a baby bear off of the balcony. We would totally stay here again!!

Great location and view!

Host was easy to communicate with. Lots of kitchen supplies to make the stay easier, beautiful view and easy to get to - about 5-10 minutes off the parkway (depending on how fast you’re willing to tackle the mountain roads). Appreciated the shampoo/conditioner and soaps in the bathrooms. Our family group of 16 had plenty of space and we didn’t feel crowded. Kids loved the bunk bed room with the climbing wall. Adults and kids enjoyed the games.

Rental is very misleading and very poorly kept/managed

Summary: Overall a very poor experience. Extremely dirty, run down and many items broken. Host was very hard to get a hold of. The property had lots of issues that we later found out he was aware of prior to our stay but elected not to correct them. Would not stay their again. Pros: It does offer a good view of downtown Pigeon Forge (just don’t look down…I’ll explain more later) Cons: - Entire property was covered with trash. You notice this right when you pull up. Trash around the front door, next to the steps and all down the hillside. Trash bags after trash bags just thrown down the mountainside. - Kitchen sink did work. Was finally fixed at the end of the second day. (Host knew about this prior to our stay) - Roof in the living room leaked when it rained creating big puddles in the living room/dining room (Host knew about this prior to our stay) - Front door had dead bolt removed. Could only be locked by the weak door handle locked. (Host knew about this prior to our stay) - Very dirty. Tables and floors were sticky with old food and drink stains. Furniture had a lot of old food crumbs on/in them. Food all over in the movie room. (Host knew the cleaning crew wasn't doing a good job) - Multiple games in the arcade room were broken. Golden Tee was completely broken and the basketball game was falling apart. (Host knew about this prior to our stay) - Outdated and cheap items. Many of the kitchen cabinets were broken and had old junk stored in them. The kitchen utensils were extremely dirty and very cheap. - Grill was very dirty. So much so that we didn't feel comfortable grilling on it. Too rusty. - Gas fire place had a small leak that causes the master bed to stick. We turned off the gas value to be safe. (Host knew about this) - A bunch of random little things that all added up to bother us. Rusty nails found on the deck. Old paint cans sitting on the deck. Numerous light blubs burnt out. Dirty ash trays left out. Broken screens on the windows. Fire pit rusted out and covered with trash - No extra supplies (trash bags, soap/shampoo/conditioner for the showers) Even the bathroom sink soaps were watered down. Overall, a very poor experience. For the price we would not stay here again and I would strongly suggest you look for another rental if you are considering this one. Great area, we just got unlucky with a misleading description of the rental property and a bad host. Hope this review helps!
