I was never able to stay at the cabin. The day of arrival, I got a message within an hour and a half before check-in time saying there was no heat at the cabin. The rental company suggested moving me to a new place, but the pictures and description of the suggested new place were inaccurate. The rental company ghosted me when I messaged them about this issue. So, I had to call VRBO customer service, and they ended up doing a three-way call with the rental company to make things right with a refund.
