Welcome to A Perfect Stay, a spacious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath mountain lodge that sleeps up to 20 guests and is located less than a mile from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Perfect for family vacations, reunions, and group getaways, this beautifully appointed cabin offers the ideal blend of peaceful, wooded surroundings and easy access to Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, shopping, dining, and countless local attractions.

Inside, you`ll find an open-concept living area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to gather. The lower-level game room features a pool table, multi-cade arcade, large Smart TV, and a second fireplace for hours of entertainment. With three king bedrooms, two bunk rooms with queen-over-queen bunks, and additional sleeper sofas, everyone has room to relax. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, fire up the propane grill for a cookout, dine on the spacious deck, or end the evening around the fire pit while enjoying the peaceful Smoky Mountain setting.

* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* There is a $100 pet fee per dog (maximum 2)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

Any guests violating this rule will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
