Apartment in Tuscan farmhouse with pool and views

You'll arrive at a fully restored stone farmhouse perched on a sunny hill near the medieval village of Sillico, where traditional materials blend with modern comforts and ancient terraces and centuries-old chestnut groves surround the property.



The apartment accommodates up to four people in two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can be converted into a second double bed upon request. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower. The spacious living room with a sofa, the dining area, and the well-equipped kitchen make up the common areas.



The private outdoor area comes equipped with a table, chairs, a barbecue, an outdoor sofa and sun loungers. Here you can spend your days outdoors, enjoying views of the Garfagnana Valley and the peaks of the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The pool and hot tub are shared with the other apartment in the farmhouse.



Sillico offers fresh bread, local products, a village café, and a family-run restaurant. In the surrounding area, 35 km of marked trails lead to hermitages, mills, and historic villages. You can also explore the area by e-MTB, riding through forests, along mule trails, and past the fortresses of the Garfagnana.
