The carefully furnished apartment is the perfect base whether you're in Montecatini Terme (a 5-minute drive) for business or pleasure.

The apartment features a kitchen area equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and various utensils. In addition to a dining table seating up to 6 and a 50" HD SMART TV, the living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a work table (SMART WORKING), and a 50" HD SMART TV (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.).
