Through a gate shared with the owners you access the property, where guests have an exclusive space to park 3 or 4 cars outdoors, and where they can recharge their electric cars (guests must request this service in advance and agree with the owner regarding the extra payment).
The structure of the villa is divided longitudinally into two portions and two different gardens and offers particular privacy both to the owners who live on the right side (towards the entrance gate) and to the guests who stay on the left side, overlooking the mountains.
The independent entrance of the rental portion of the villa has a view of the owner's garden, which is fenced and screened by some plants, while the rental portion of the villa develops entirely on the left side, not visible by the owners and towards the exclusive and fenced garden of 1,000 m2 away from any prying eyes. It is possible to rent bicycles at a nearby shop.

The living room has walls in a beautiful pastel color decorated with exposed stone inlays, a terracotta floor and a ceiling with ancient exposed beams. Various sideboards and ancient local craft objects are supplied, in a harmonious and very particular environment.
A hallway area with a sofa leads to the back garden and to the sleeping area which consists of 1 bedroom with air conditioning and television with a queen size bed (190 cm. x 160 cm.) and 1 single foldaway bed (175 cm. x 71 cm. perfect for kids), 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, sink, toilet, bidet (usable from this room and the living room), and the second bedroom with air conditioning and television with queen size bed (190 cm. x 160 cm.), and 1 single foldaway bed (175 cm. x 71 cm. perfect for children) which leads to the splendid en suite bathroom with window and decorated in fine marble, equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and shower.
The floors are in parquet and antique terracotta, the ceilings have characteristic exposed wooden beams and walls decorated in soft pastel colors.

The first floor is accessed via a beautiful stone staircase and iron railing and here there is an area with a panoramic view of the swimming pool and the large kitchen/dining room, equipped with a large table for 8 people, stove (5 burners), oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee machine.
The kitchen/dining room is very large and functional, it is furnished in Arte Povera style, and has an ancient terracotta floor, walls decorated in pastel colors with some ancient pieces of local craftsmanship and a ceiling of ancient exposed wooden beams. from which hang the large copper pots of the Tuscan culinary tradition.

The whole house is very tastefully furnished in rustic style. The environment is refined, warm and welcoming, but above all harmonious. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
