Wonderful marina 3BR home, with LUX interior w/AC

  • Hello travelers and welcome into this unbelievable home just opposite the marina with access to our private balcony with exceptional views accessible from the living area.

    The apartment is equipped with a large comfy sofa area, smart TV and a large dining area, which could easily host 6 guests in comfort.

    Our guests, will also be treated to 3 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, super WIFI and off-course AC !

    With its location, our home is a perfect base for short and long term base.

    Living area| : Step into the spacious living area, bathed in natural light that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here, you`ll find a cozy sofa and a TV for your entertainment pleasure, perfect for relaxing with your favourite shows or movies.

    Open the sliding glass doors and step onto your private balcony adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture. It`s your personal haven for taking in the stunning marina view. Whether you`re enjoying al fresco dining or simply relaxing with this picturesque backdrop, your moments here will be cherished.

    Kitchen| Our kitchen is a chef`s dream, equipped with all the essentials including a microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, and cutlery. Whether you`re staying for a short getaway or a longer retreat, you`ll have everything you need to prepare fantastic meals and indulge in culinary delights.

    Bedrooms| 3 bedroom, 2 of which are with a double bed and one having an ensuite. The other bedroom includes two single beds.

    Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one being an ensuite while the other can be accessible from the living area.

    Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

These modern, air-conditioned buses offer a cost-effective and comfortable means of traversing the island, allowing you to explore at your own pace.

    For those seeking a swifter and more personalized way to get around, taxis are readily available. Hail one right from the street or arrange for a taxi in advance to suit your schedule. While taxis are a bit pricier than buses, they provide a faster and exceedingly convenient mode of transportation, especially when traveling with a group. Enjoy the ease and efficiency of getting from place to place with the comfort of a private taxi ride.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

    2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

    10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.

The apartment was spacious, with views of the harbour and sea, and well located with good transport links and easy access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by a loss of electricity and hot water. On Saturday morning the electricity failed, leaving us without Wifi, lighting, heating, hot water or a working refrigerator, which meant we had to discard food we had purchased. We notified 360 Estates and were advised that a maintenance technician was on his way. After 9pm we were advised that the repairs would now take place Sunday morning and that there was no alternative accommodation available despite our request. Although 360 Estates responded to our messages, the replies were unsupportive. No practical assistance was offered, such as portable heaters or blankets, and there was no check on our wellbeing. We also requested a refund, which was ignored, and no compensation offered. On Sunday, the maintenance technician restored the electricity but was unable to repair hot water to one of the showers. In conclusion, we were without electricity for 24 hours and had access to only one shower for the remainder of our stay. The disruption and stress caused by these issues significantly detracted from our holiday as we were only staying for a ling weekend.
