"It's fascinating to wake up in a room with the great mountains view and tasty Sri Lank breakfast. The owner also offers tuk-tuk ride in Ella. They have one-day package and one ride. The location is a bit far fr city center, it’s better because of quiet. Each tuk-tuk ride between hotel to city center is LRK 500."
"The view was amazing at Belmont it was absolutely breath taking and the rooms and washrooms were very clean. The breakfast was good as well. The only caution to look out for it there’s bugs that come in the room at night through the door to the balcony if there’s so hidden spaces, but if u stuff a bag or something in those spaces it should be okay. "Great little friendly hotel in beautiful Ella. Walking distance to town, restaurants and pubs. The hill Is a little steep to walk but if you find it hard you can get a tuk tuk for a couple of dollars. The room was clean and tidy and had a nice balcony. Staff really helpful. Totally recommend."

We had the pleasure of Thushanthan helping us with both directions, tips and service — and he spoke our language as well! Overall, a great place to stay for a weekend in Ella. El acceso en coche es difícil y estrecho en la última parte del camino. Recomiendo dejar el coche antes de la estación de policía.

"Très bel hôtel sur les hauteurs de la ville, personnel serviable. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Chambre avec belle terrasse
Un peu éloigné de la ville, il faut prendre un tuktuk, cependant l'hôtel nous a proposé leur service.
Et la ville est très animée et très sympa.

It is a low budget option for families who prefer that kind of experience.
