"The day before we were to check in the host contacted us to cancel. We were offered a different room that was inadequate for our needs at the same price. We requested a full refund instead and have not heard back from the host since."

"It was good experience."

"Over all excellent, only thing they may include laudry for the guests"

"- cannot change the ac settings, which blasts right down to the couch. Had to wear a toque while watching tv - several preexisting damages to the property, including big crack on the mirror, damaged door frames, damaged fridge compartments just to name a few. annoying as they charge you a damage deposit - does not look like any of the photos in the listing - dirtiness - washroom floor, base boards"
