It comprises a bright 100 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three lovely bedrooms and two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1.5 hectares. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 100 m² living area with a TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), sofa and armchairs
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area.
- Two shower rooms with shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (160x190)
- Mezzanine sleeping area: with 6 single beds (90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A beautiful 15,000 m² garden with a pond
- A 100 m² terrace facing east-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Picherande, in a very pleasant setting, surrounded by nature.

You’ll have access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars, in Picherande town centre, 1.5 km away.
