"I loved Villa Patrizi! Just make sure you are in good shape to walk up and down the stairs and hills there. The only issue I had was getting to the hotel from the bus - the bus driver does not stop at every stop even though there is a stop near the hotel. I had to walk up the hill a ways but the woman working the desk had a cold bottle of water ready for me when I arrived. I changed to my swim suit and went into the pool to relax. Then made my way up the hill into the town of Capril to shop and look around. Later I walked back down to the hotel to shower and change and back to Capri to catch the bus to Anacapri for dinner. This was easy. I made friends at the pool as well and shared a taxi w/them in the morning to our ferries. The room was very nice and clean and comfortable and had wonderful AC. I would stay here again on my next visit to Capri! Also the breakfast in the morning was delicious and was included in the room cost."

"Our overall experience has been excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The only point we would like to mention is our experience with the concierge, Carlo. Unfortunately, we found him to be neither proactive nor service-oriented. On one occasion, we contacted him to help organize an excursion. Not only did it take almost 24 hours to receive a response, but when we called to follow up, he abruptly ended the call and simply told us to come to the reception desk. At a five-star hotel, we would expect the concierge to be readily available and willing to assist guests, rather than asking them to come in person for a service that should be handled with care and professionalism. We felt this interaction was discourteous and did not reflect the high standards of hospitality demonstrated by the rest of the hotel staff. Apart from this unfortunate experience, everything else was outstanding, and we sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided by the rest of the team."

"Excelente ubicación y las mejores vistas de la isla. Si bien las habitaciones son chica (con un balcón enorme y vistas soñadas) todo el servicio del hotel es brillante. Una mención especial a Andrea del front desk que nos solucionó todo, nos dió las mejores recomendaciones, nos gestionó las reservas, excursiones. Siempre dispuesta y gentil para hacer de nuestra estadía inolvidable. Lo mismo para todo el personal del hotel, el chófer del transfer de cortesía en una van Mercedes Benz inmaculada. 10 de 10. Lo recomiendo 100% y sin dudas voy a volver."

Queremos destacar especialmente el hermoso gesto que tuvieron con nosotros por nuestra luna de miel, lo cual hizo la experiencia aún más especial e inolvidable.
