"Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...

"We´ve spent an amazing time the four night we spent at this appment at Dumenza, Adriana is simply a great person and she helped and suggested us a lot of nice things to do on the area, specially the Festa della Zucca! "The property was light airy and spacious. Overlooking the lake the views were beautiful and we enjoyed the peace and tranquillity.It was a short walk into Menaggio for restaurants, bars and shops and just a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal for visiting other places.The staff at Lake Como holidays were pleasant, informative and very helpful We would recommend this and would happily return. "Der Aufenthalt an sich war gut, die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern und ist rein optisch süß gestaltet. Leider hat die Unterkunft ein großes Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Unsere Klamotten fühlten sich nach dem zweiten Tag klamm an und haben bisschen gerochen. Aus dem Abfluss in der Toilette kommt leider immer wieder ein Gestank hoch. Kommunikation, Check in und Besitzer waren hingegen super! Aber die zwei Themen sollte man in den Griff kriegen um der Unterkunft mehr Sterne zu geben! "

"Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. "

"The views are incredible- lake facing with balcony off living and bedroom. It is a couple flights up so be prepared to carry your luggage. Only complaint is the WiFi went out - router not located in apartment and never heard back after sending email about it for two days."
