"Our second stay and we booked our third for next year!!! We stay at a lot of of vrbos and this is one of our absolute favorites. Dan and Sue are the best they make you feel welcome and provide everything you could possibly think of. The casa was impeccably clean and decorated. The hot tub was welcome after a long day hiking. "There was not a chair anywhere to sit. NO CLOSET or place to put clothes. The was a rag at the top of door Literally. "Very spacious Vrbo. The L shaped couch comfortable. Very QUIET! Spotless clean. I would kindly recommend glass measuring cups. Also brighter bulbs for reading in king room. Enjoyed the stay and area. "

" 10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again."

"Clean, good location. Relaxing place, everything nice. Nice being able to park in driveway with gate (although it is tricky getting the car in and out of the alley). 2 reasons not 5 stars. The check-in process is complicated. You have to go to the back, open 1 lockbox to open the gate, go to the door, open another lockbox to get the key and driveway gate opener, open the gate and drive in, go to 1st lockbox and relock from outside, then go thru the gate and close the gate(!). "bad coordination with cleaning crew that caused me and my family to stay outside the property an extra hour after driving 10 Hrs. to get there, Check is was a t 4 but unit was not ready for another hour. There is another unit attached to tis one which is also a rental so be ready to share the pool and volleyball advertised5 of us stayed but just enough hot water for 2 to take showers and wait for an hour to allow the heater to warm up some more.5 of us stayed and there was only 3 towels so....
