The home was absolutely perfect for our large group! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also still be together! The pool area was wonderful! We spent plenty of time there! Property management was super helpful with anything we needed! Quick to respond and able to resolve anything we needed! Location was great…we felt within 15 minutes either way of anything we needed! Would definitely stay here again if we had the need for a space for a large group!

This Property is AMZAZING! Spacious, clean and modern. Perfect for families! We traveled with 5 families all together! We celebrated the 2026 New Year with our kids and grandkids. Multi-generational with ages from 63 to 2 yrs old. Doors were secure to the pool taking the worry out of the little ones heading out on their own. Plenty to keep the kids busy indoors as well! The Property Management was excellent, addressing any and all of our needs while we were there. We had Hibachi, a private Chef and Massages, all arranged at the house. There was ample space and items readily available at the house for entertaining and dining at home.You have many choices when it comes to beautiful Scottsdale, but this House truly has IT ALL!

We had a great time over thanksgiving! The house had every amenity for adults and kids to enjoy. The hosts welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely return sometime in the future!

What a fantastic place in a great spot! The house was super clean and well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed—lots of dishes, pots, pans, and even plastic options for the pool. The bowling alley was a blast, and the bar area made hanging out easy. Perfect for a big group (we had 18) — everyone had their own space in the roomy bedrooms, and the common areas were big enough for all of us to hang out without feeling crowded.

What a wonderful property. My family had an amazing time with everything the property had to offer. Swimming, bowling, family movie nights, family dinners. It was a perfect week. The HOZO property managers were fantastic and on top of everything. Always checking in to see how things were going. We only had a few minor issues but the they jumped on them immediately. The primary bath is spectacular with a freestanding tub and walk in shower, unfortunately the shower didn't drain well. The plumber was there the very next day to resolve. The secondary primary bedroom is very large and well appointed, unfortunately it was much warner than the rest of the house.(the house was about 65 degrees and that room was in the mid 70's) but there were 3 fans in the room so it was bearable. The kids loved the bowling alley and the movie theater room. We used them every day which was a nice break from the sun. The only other issue we had was the internet went out on the last day. My family was already gone so I was looking forward to a quiet morning of coffee and catching up on emails and the news but because of the previous nights storm the internet was knocked out. The manager was fantastic trying to walk us thru a fix but in the end she needed to come out to the house. Because of the issue she offered us a complimentary late check out which was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated. All in all I would give the property and the manager 5 stars.

Absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Large Home in a Great Location

This home was ideal for our group of 16 adults—plenty of room to spread out, yet comfortable spaces to come together. We stayed in late April and spent most of our time enjoying the pool and hot tub.The kitchen had everything we needed for group meals, and the entire place was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Plus, the location was convenient to shopping and other amenities.Highly recommend for large groups—we’d definitely book again!

Great home for 10 Colleagues

We rented this home for 10 Colleagues/Co-Workers to stay rather than in hotel rooms. Everyone was here for a work event and this home allowed for collaboration amongst peers. We really appreciated the 10 bedroom and 10 bathroom ratio so everyone felt comfortable having their own semi-private space. The Casita was extra lovely for 3 people to have an even more private experience. The home was very clean. The backyard was wonderful to spend time in. We loved all the amenities and things to do on the property: pool/hot tub, BBQ, bowling, shuffleboard, billiards, cinema, etc.The only thing that would've made it a little better would be more kitchen supplies. We cooked a lot of meals at the home and had to improvise to make it happen. The home is so big, it would've been nice if there was a manual or binder with instructions, a map, etc. Perhaps labeled cabinets would be helpful too. All in all, it was a really good experience and we would definitely book again with this company or this specific home!

Fantastic property

I highly recommend this property for a corporate event. This suited our group extremely well, we were able to do presentations in the movie theater space; everyone had their own room/bathroom and we were able to enjoy the amenities after work was done without having to leave the property. Our concierge, Ashley was awesome as well in ensuring we had everything we needed.

Scottsdale Oasis

The property was exactly as pictured, if not better! We had a large group that had enough space to spread out and relax. The backyard was perfect and we loved having the bowling alley, pool table and shuffle board to entertain us. We were able to take in all the football games during our stay with the abundance of tv’s. The kitchen is a dream, plenty of space to cook for a large group! The property manager was easy to communicate with and on top of every question we had. Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect weekend celebration

The house was just as great as the photos looked. We were a group of 17 and had plenty of space, with the rooms spread out in the main house so we never felt on top of each other. We were also surprised at the quiet. We basically lived in the pool (it was 105 degree weather) which was fabulous, and we enjoyed the chairs in the pool and swim up bar. The only thing missing was umbrellas but the bar provided lots of much needed shade so we were fine. We also did not plan on using the bowling alley as much as we did- it was a huge hit with our crowd, and the bar setup next to it made it a perfect place to hangout. The place was clean, the house managers were extremely responsive and even made sure our grocery delivery was able to get into the air conditioned house on short notice, when it was dropped off slightly before check in time. I would highly recommend and definitely would stay there again.
