Fabulous!!
This is the best vrbo we have ever rented over the years. Has everything we need including a WONDERFUL host. We visit AZ to bird, hike and mountain bike!!!! We base our dates on availability for this place bc it’s that great. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay.

4 Night Stay
Stayed 4 nights to be close to Rio Verde. My wife and I loved it!! Super clean, very quiet, comfortable, and Terri was a very accommodating host. We plan to be back in the future!

Beautiful & serene
Such a lovely place, with amazing views. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. It felt so spacious, roomy and welcoming. Host was great and flexible with our arrival plans.

Short stay in az
I make monthly trips to az to visit my horses. The place was nice my biggest complaint would the host being overly involved, she lives right next door. She made comments on what i ordered on instacart and about not having a party despite being there by myself. Also made a comment about me being hungover. If it werent for the host this would have been a 5 star stay.

I'm sorry that you arrived at my house drunk. I couldn't wake you up to receive the groceries that you ordered from instacart. The delivery person needed to see your ID for the alcohol you ordered and you were unconscious. I've been doing this along time. And my experience with you was a first. Also the driver who dropped you off at the rental went wandering around my backyard where the sign clearly says no trespassing. Good luck!

Work and play trip
We needed to visit Phoenix for a combination of work and vacation. This was a good location for both with its close proximity to the golf resorts. The residence was exactly as described on the site. No surprises and that was a good thing.

Lovely desert oasis
Beautiful and wonderful place to stay. It was decorated with care and really made me feel like I was staying in somebody's home. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the soft, fluffy towels. Very quiet and peaceful at night. I really appreciated the washer and dryer to do some laundry mid-way through my trip. Quick bike ride or drive to McDowell Sonoran Preserve for outdoor enthusiasts, as well as a lovely sitting area outside to enjoy morning coffee. 100% recommend!

The casita was very clean and comfortable, with all amenities listed available. The courtyard was adorable - allowed for private outdoor seating. Terri was excellent in communicating and friendly. She made sure everything was as expected. Check in and check out was easy and convenient.

Sweet Casita
This is a lovely neighborhood, very close to mountain bike trails and hiking. Terri was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. We stayed for a week, so having a washer/dryer was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great casita for our two week stay.
We found the casita very comfortable, with everything we needed. Terri was a wonderful host, answering questions, checking in to see if we needed anything and suggesting things to do and restaurants nearby. We liked being in a quieter neighborhood with less traffic. We had a lovely view of the mountains and we spent time hiking every day.

The property was lovely. There was more than enough room and the photos don’t do it justice. There is also a beautiful patio for outdoor enjoyment. Terri is a gracious host who responds quickly to any questions and truly cares that you enjoy the stay at the property. It is located close to several trail systems for hiking and biking. Great experience on all levels!

Pre-Christmas in a lovely Casita!

Absolutely Amazing!
Terri was so fantastic to work with and was extremely helpful with things around the community! She put together a list of great restaurants and grocery stores around the area. The whole facility was clean and tidy, with a small kitchen that made our stay so much easier! 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Calista in North Scottsdale Foothills
Lovely spot in the foothills with all the comforts of home. Despite its remote location, we enjoyed the nearby spots, including the General Store for breakfast and the Pinnacle Grille for dinner, recommended by Terri. Terri responded quickly to texts and provided critical corrections to GPS directions. Visit the McDowell Sonoran Preserve a short drive away with a variety of hiking trails, trail maps, clean facilities, and parking. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets followed by starry nights.

A very pleasant get away!
Terri's casita is very comfortable. There were places to relax indoors and out. If you like to hike there are some wonderful trails close by. Terri was a wonderful hostess and always made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Scottsdale. Terri was very helpful and accomadating with recommendating local attractions and places to eat. Also whenever we had a need for info on the casita Terri got back to us right away. Joan and I will definitely be coming back to the casita when returning to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

A gemstone in the desert!
My wife and I rented this casita property in March 2019, and we were very pleased and extremely comfortable during our stay. wonderful casita
We had a great time staying in this property. Terri was great, had ice, half & half, Keurig selections, and laundry supplies waiting for us. Casita was very clean, towels super soft and very quiet. I always bring my "VRBO" bag with me which has basic supplies and seasonings. I didn't need it for this place as everything was supplied and in ample quantities. There is no cooktop, but grill was available. We were too busy to cook anyway.

Rio Verde Stay
Beautiful area with views and peaceful surrounds. Perfect location for us as we are building a home in Trilogy at Verde River. Good access to N. Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Unit was very clean with welcoming touches like coffee and bottled water. Even though attached to main house, we had plenty of privacy. Perfect for two people.

Great space
My daughter-in-law and I needed separate sleeping spaces at a reasonable price. The casita was perfect for our needs. It was immaculate, comfortable, beautiful and private. Very quiet at night and had a lovely private courtyard, plus off road parking. We were pleased to have a working kitchen so we could kick back and relax after a busy day of sight-seeing and not have to go out to eat in the evening. I would definitely stay there again.

Nicely decorated, very clean, very well appointed, spacious and comfortable, in a quiet location.
This casita is a gem! Terri was very flexible with regard to both our very late (1:30 a.m.) arrival time and our need for a slightly later departure time. She had 'welcome' sign on the door when we arrived, and introduced herself, greeting us warmly later that morning. The adjacent private courtyard is a bonus. Sunshine, comfortable furniture and a small barbecue grill, too! Although our stay was for only a few days, this casita would very comfortably accommodate a couple for a longer visit. The place was beautiful. Quiet, peaceful! Our host was extremely accommodating and caring making sure we had everything we needed. The view from the kitchen and bedroom is amazing! Our private patio was to die for! We loved every moment of our stay and always looked forward to coming “home “!

Wonderful Casita!
This casita in the Rio Verde foothills was perfect for my husband, 18-year old, and myself who were in the area to watch our oldest daughter play golf at Rio Verde. It is located perfectly between Rio Verde and Scottsdale. Terri was a wonderful host and had great communication with us. We would return again if in the area!

Upbeat and complete
I stayed at Terri’s placefor the Spartan Race events at Fort McDowell Rodeo grounds. The race venue is 35 mins away, and an easy drive. The guest house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, which I appreciated since I had to nap during the day between events. Terri is great. She’s friendly, thoughtful, and the type of host I would have asked to join me for a glass of wine, had I not been so busy. The attached guest house is accessed by a lovely courtyard. Everything within the unit was very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. And I don’t know where she got that showermat, but I really want one! It’s so cushy. The unit had everything I needed, except maybe a chopping knife, but maybe I just never found it. The place was roomy, relaxing and homey. I would totally stay here again....if she’d have my filthy OCR racing self. 🙂

Beautiful, quiet location. Welcoming entrance and comfortable, cheery inside with view of mountains. Very clean throughout. Bed is exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen stocked with nice dishes, silverware, glassware, etc, as well ss coffee oatmeal, etc. Communication with the owner is very much appreciated... an extremely plasamt stay or both of us

Relaxing and beautiful
In a lovely residential neighborhood with great mountain views. Beautiful unit with lots of little extras, including detergent for the in-unit washing machine and throw blankets for lounging in the evenings. We especially enjoyed being close to the McDowell Sonoran Reserve, where we hiked every morning before heading out for the day's adventures. The owner was helpful and friendly. We hope to come back!
