Amazing!!!
My sister and two of our besties stayed here for our annual Arizona Girls’ Trip. The home is absolutely beautiful and more than we could have imagined. It was stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool and area out back as well. We had activities planned a couple of days and found it really hard to motivate ourselves to leave the house because we enjoyed it so much. It is such a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Steve was wonderful and was very prompt with getting back to me with a few questions that we had. We have already rebooked for next year! Thank you, Steve, for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing Arizona Location
We had a fabulous stay at this home in Red Mountain Ranch. The location was perfect! Within a lovely neighborhood, but steps away from the mountains, beautiful scenery, and trails. The house was clean and full of all of the essentials. The pool and patio was was the best! We hope to be back!

Exceptional!
Highly recommend! Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood in Red Mountain. Gated community. Exceptional pool area with outdoor kitchen, fire pit and multiple seating areas. Kitchen is updated and very well equipped. Two bedrooms with king size beds, both very comfortable. Master has large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Loved the walk in closet! Full size washer and dryer. Nice living room and dining area. Would be perfect for couples or small families. There is an office with sofa and crib. Photos on VRBO are a good representation of what to expect. Close to several grocery stores, nice restaurants and other shopping. Great communication with the owners.

Super comfortable
We loved the house So nice and clean and roomie Love the tvs in every room and out by the pool!! Also loved kitchen accessories 😀 stove and over worked beautifully The all house fan made it so comfortable temperature wise! One afternoon we had friends over to swim for a few hours (so fun) and we used the great bbq area outside (super clean as well) So yay we loved our stay Only thing I would have liked is the pool a bit warmer

Pictures don't do this place justice. Beautiful property. Well maintained and very clean . Quiet neighbourhood in beautiful desert setting. It felt like a home away from home. While friends and family say we were crazy to head to Phoenix from the cool pacific northwest during a unprecedented heat wave , we did not regret our decision for one moment with this particular property and that amazing pool to keep us cool during the hottest of days. My grandchild even learned to swim which was an extra bonus . Well stocked as well with little things like spices and a few extra pantry/bathroom items which we were grateful for. Thank you so much for your hospitality . You have a beautiful house.

Great property. Easy check in. Owners responded quickly to messages. Lots of towels and kitchen things. Wish there were proper blinds though in the room and updated window covers. The sun woke me up directly hitting my eyes every day in the master bedroom. Whole house gets lit up pretty early though. If staying for a bit maybe also ask when the pool maintenance comes. Or this could be written in their check in book. Woke up to very loud voices in the back yard; not immediately assuming this was for the pool. Loved the pool. Kids spent quite a bit of time in here. Lots of space. We didn’t feel crammed or on top of each other. Overall nice property.

Wonderful Stay
The property was as described and wonderful. Steve and Vickie were responsive to any questions, and worked with us on an early check-in. The property was very clean and updated. We spent much of our time at the pool, and used the outdoor fire pit and kitchen. It was a perfect getaway and having the heated pool was a bonus. We would definitely stay in this property again if we are in the area.

Beautiful Getaway!
Beautiful property and just as pictured on VRBO Beds were very comfortable and the heated pool was outstanding! Outdoor firepit was a plus as the nights were chilly! We enjoyed all the different birds especially the quail. Located close to shopping and dining. Would highly recommend if you are ever in the area. Check in and out was simple. We would book again!

A gem of a property
Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. Huge and well appointed kitchen, two large bedrooms, den and a great back patio. The heated pool was a big plus. Great get away with terrific host/owners. Would love to return.

Great backyard area, fully paved with pool, firepit & outdoor kitchen, shaded area for afternoon sun. Well kept home, quiet gated neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after golf and hiking. Excellent response time from owners on a few minor issues. Would definitely rent again.

Great week of golf in Mesa
Easy to find the house coming from the airport. Easy acess to many nice golf courses within 20 minutes of the house. Very clean house in a quiet area. We even heard the coyotes signing one night. Heated pool is a must! Perfect place for 2 couples.

Two Week Red Mountain Ranch
The house/property was as advertised on VRBO. Gated community was quiet and well located. Everything you would need on a daily basis was a short drive away on Power Road. Owners were easy to work with got back to us quickly with any questions we had. Would defiantly come back again. Had a very enjoyable trip.

Outstanding Property!
Well maintained property. Very comfortable with pool and outdoor bar with grill and other comfortable seating. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Great location with plenty of dining options and shopping available. The owners provide a detailed booklet with everything you need to know about the area and instructions for day to day items like garbage and recycling pick up. Not one single thing to criticize about this property - perfect for a couple or family.

Great space and location for a relaxing family getaway.
After hiking in northern AZ we stayed here of five days to relax, swim, and enjoy the Pheonix area. The property was very clean and had all necessary amenities for our family. The owners responded promptly to our questions during our stay as well.

Fantastic relaxing short stay
This property was above and beyond expectations. The pool was lovely, the home clean, beds comfortable and was so well stocked with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, as we came from the cold PNW to get some sun and warmth, and to relax. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for a quiet place to relax in the lovely Arizona sunshine. Nearby to everything needed. Just perfect. Perfect property for our family's spring break
The house was perfect for our spring break vacation with our family of 4. The layout was spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor areas. For us, the highlight was the pool, which we used for several hours each day. We appreciated the heat being turned up to a comfortable temperature so that we could enjoy the pool even during the cool nights and mornings. We had to change our travel dates due to a flight change, and Steve was easy to work with and provided a refund since we stayed for one day less than we originally booked. We've vacationed in the Phoenix area six times in the past decade, and this is our favorite property we've stayed at so far. We would highly recommend to other families.

Very nice home with great outdoor spaces to enjoy. The heated pool and firepit were perfect for both warmer daytime and cooler nighttime temps! Great secure location with easy access to the major interstates. A few minor cleaning issues, but the owner was very responsive.

Just finished a 2 week stay at this wonderful home. It was clean. Kitchen, pool, patio and BBQ were all excellent!!. The bed was very comfortable. Great quiet location on the east side of Phoenix. Check in was smooth. Host was attentive. We would stay there again.

Rescheduled Vacation
Because our flights were canceled four times within three days we unfortunately had to cancel our trip to Arizona after our check in date at this property had passed. Steve was awesome to work with and he allowed us credit to stay at his property. We will be vacationing at this property in July and are definitely looking forward to spending time by the pool!

Such a nice home! Very clean, spacious open floor plan. Cold A/C, heated pool is awesome, plenty of utensils and appliances available, garage, numerous TV's with cable TV, and lots of seating outside for entertaining family. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic Mesa Stay
Everything was very clean and well stocked. Owner was responsive to questions during our stay. Small hiccup with fire pit on first night (main gas valve was off) and no pool heat on last day. Loved full sun by the pool all day! The pool deck and outdoor kitchen counter need some attention. Overall we really enjoyed this house and our stay. Thank you!
