Muy mal olor en la habitación,las sábanas de la cama manchadas y muy viejas el microondas se encendía solo y si intentabas prender la lámpara junto a la cama te daba toque y el personal de limpieza por la mañana te toca la puerta con demacioda fuerza a las 8 de la mañana muy desagradable no tienen toallas tampoco están duras y viejas pésima estancia

Customer parking is behind locked gates, which seems safe except that when we pulled in we found many reasons for concern. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the walkway out front felt as if you'd fall through the floor with every step. The deadbolt on our door would not latch and there were no other safety measures, so the housekeeper was able to barge in at 0930 the next morning w/o warning. On the plus side, there were no bed bugs, however, the bedding had MANY yellow stains so that we had to completely remove and just sleep on the mattress with my own blanket. Normally, I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere but we were exhausted after staying with my father in the hospital all day up until he passed that evening.

Reservation said 2 queen beds, but we were given 2 doubles. Bed spread had cigarette burns. Walked in room barefoot just in the morning to get ready and the bottoms of our feet were visibly black with dirt. Check in is through a window where you can barely hear the person. NO WIFI!!!

Do not stay at this hotel i was goin for the cheapest just coming to go out for the weekend from Vegas and it was a nightmare mistake it was disgusting there was hair in the refrigerator the bed had been made but the pillow cases had hair and makeup or dirt on them there was addicts yelling and screaming in the room next door like they were going through withdrawals people were sitting in there cars outside it’s a bad area and a crappy hotel and they don’t tell you but there’s a 50 dollar cash deposit they require which I didn’t have so they make you use a atm that charges 5 dollars to use don’t waste your money this motel is not worth a third of what I paid!

Terrible experience!
I'm traveling with my family through town. I've got young kids. While trying to sleep we were disturbed by an 8 hour rotation of prostitution taking place in the room next door. I do not recommend staying here to save a buck. Pay the extra and get yourself a better hotel. Also, my door did not close all the way as it had previously been broken down and they tried to repair the door jam with a couple screws.

The property needs much updating two weeks ago we stayed in the back and oh my God it was a little spooky but this time he put us in a little bit more updated room but smoke detectors light light fixtures very much need attention because I tell you if state inspection will come in and inspect this property like they do in Tennessee that place would be shut down other than that I mean it was a nice day it was quiet very accommodating this time so

Not bad for the price and location.
Room was very clean. Mini fridge did not work. TV turned on but there was no signal. So basically TV did not work. Lot was very secure. Front desk personnel were professional and courteous, as were the cleaning staff.

High security coming and going with card key, barbed-wire gate access -coming and going. Not a safe area of town. NO WI-FI available! Poor communication. Check-in through glass window only. Upfront Security Deposit Required. First of two nights VERY LOUD room above mine. This time you get less than you pay for.....

The area was disgusting!! I paid for two nights and called the day before to let them know I would be there at 5am for the first night. I drove from out of state and arrived at 5 am and they refused to honor my reservation. I ended up having to find another hotel at 5am!! The staff was Rude and short with me.

Look, this is a "motor hotel" - we had a nice cheap suite, in a dated building. The breakfast was satisfying, the staff just wonderful. This is a place to sleep, not a vacation destination. Cheap and good. It has a pool and you CAN get a rest there - not bad. Nothing more nothing less - good, yes, happy.

This was not a good motel to stay at got into my room 4 lights were out the bathroom light 3 of the bedroom light were out and it was there nasty the toilet didn't flush all the way , I will never ever use this place again

When you book this hotel on the Internet it looks perfect. Looks are deceiving. The hotel is run down and in a neighborhood that even my husband (who's not a stranger to city living) would not stay at. We drove through, saw that the guest rooms were fenced in and the condition of the hotel was run down and we kept on driving.

Its in the middle of the city. I can get where I need in 15-30 minutes by car and its the same price as just about every other place I lookup to stay at...I am happy with it!

FIRST OF ALL THE RESERVATION THRU HERE IS GUARANTEED FEOM THE LOOK OF IT. WE CALLED THE HOTEL THAT DAY WE MADE THE RESERVATION AND TOLD US THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND TO JUST CALL BACK A DAY BEFORE.SO WE DID AND AGAIN WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS FINE TO WHEN WE GET THERE. ONCE WE GOT TO THE HOTEL EARLIER TODAY SATURDAY 4/8/23 AT AROUND 4PM THE LADY AT THE FEINT DESK WAS HORRIBLE. TOLD US SHE DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING SINCE SHE USUALLY NEVER COVERS AT THAT TIME.WE HAD RESERVED 2 ROOMS WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS EACH AND NEXT TO EACH OTHER DUE TO MY KIDS. AND THE LADY WAS JUST HORRIBLE SHE ENDED UP STATING THAT WE HAD NOT PAID A DEPOSIT AND THIS N THAT. WHEN WE WHERE NEVER TOLD ABOUT A DEPOSIT AT ALL. SHE GAVES US THE RUN AROUND AND SHE ENDED UP TURNING THE TABLES ON ME THAT BECAUSE OF HOW I WAS ACTING N SINCE 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS WHERE HAD WALKED IN N WAITING SHE DIDNT GIVE US THE ROOMS LEFT ME WITH THE REF# ON HAND FROM MY PHONE FROM RESERVATION..THE CASH SHE WAS REQUESTING AND MY DEBIT CARD. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER AGAIN WILL TRY AND STAY AT A PLACE LIKE THAT NOR RESERVED THEU EXPEDIA. TIRED ..DRAINED..WE HAD TO GO OUT AND ABOUT TO LOOK FOR A LAST MINUTE HOTEL. UGHF

Mixed experience.
The most pleasant surprise was that the television worked this time. The most unpleasant surprise was the front desk clerk demanded a $50 cash deposit for a one-night stay and once again, I wasn't given a check-out receipt when I checked-out the next morning.

Don't stay here!
Long story short...no Internet or no service...no breakfast... supposedly it said no wifi or connection so I guess I would have to check and plus the place is rundown and pics don't depict how dirty it really is and old...lastly left in middle of night and never coming back because I heard several black people arguing and then a gun shot outside the next door to me...not sure if it was gang related or not but yeah... definitely not family friendly whatsoever...

I was not able to check in we got to property at 11 at night I had called two days in a row to make sure it was ok gentleman I spoke with said it was ok. When we arrived there was a lady at the front window and said my reservation was not valid and had to obtain another room at their own price and I try to explain and she would say did you spoke to me is the gentleman here I decided to leave and find another hotel. I will never stay at this hotel they need new staff willing to help customers.

The deadbolt didn't work on room 248. I had privacy because the curtain reached the bottom of the window sill unlike before and I received a check-out receipt. The service is improving. I would stay there again.

There was no privacy because the curtain in room 245 didn't reach the bottom of the window sill which left a slight opening so passers by could see inside the room. I asked the front desk clerk if I could have another room. He told me that all the room curtains were like that. It was raining when I checked-out the next morning. I asked the front desk clerk if I could wait in the lobby while she printed a check-out receipt. She refused and forced me to wait in the rain while she printed a copy of the check-out receipt. I currently stay at a shelter and need a hotel room once a week to perform personal hygeine. These are issues that are easy to correct. I look forward to staying there next week.

You get what you pay for
The photos are not a great representation of how the property is now. Is there a pool? I didn't see it. The front office is closed off, so you do all transactions through the side window. Overpriced for what you get – the floors in the room squeak and groan as you walk around. I feel bad for who ever is on the first floor. Paint, splotches and holes in the carpet. Stains and footprints are somehow on the sheets. The toilet seat doesn't match the toilet bowl and there's barely enough room to actually be in the bathroom and close the door. The listing says Free Wifi, but it's Free Wifi in common areas – read front office – and since it's closed off, there's no real wifi. At least there was enough hot water. My take now, it's expensive to come down here to visit, but pay a little more for a nicer place and try to skimp on other things.
