El hotel está muy agradable. El servicio de check in fue rápido y amable. El personal de restaurante, bar y vallet parking todos muy amables. El problema que tuvimos es que NO hicieron el aseo en nuestra habitación y la justificación que dieron es que tienen poco personal de limpieza para realizarlo. El empleado de recepción sin ningún tipo de sensibilidad para resolver el problema. Dijo que enviaría un correo electrónico para que nos hicieran el servicio pero que tardaría mucho tiempo en que nos pudieran ayudar. Tuve que hablar con el supervisor, éste ya con una actitud de servicio muy distinta al recepcionista, para hicieran el servicio de limpieza el cual hicieron de forma muy deficiente. Adicionalmente, aún cuando se supone que el alquiler incluía el desayuno, el hotel no lo consideró.

Highly recommend. The atmosphere was great! Easy walk to Mill Ave and all the bars and restaurants. The staff was great! Khalil greeted us with so much respect and courtesy, the bell/valet boys were friendly and provided us with recommendations upon request! We will go back!!

Bathroom floor dirty. Pillows over stuffed and very uncomfortable. Do not like the glass bathroom walls. Can hear everything and at night the batbroom light, lights up the entire room. Limited room and couch is small and un comfortable

It's located in downtown Tempe and right next to ASU. Everything we need is conveniently close within walking distance.

So happy to stay at a dog friendly hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. Our dog was very happy that we could take him with us on our trip. It also helped us feel less homesick.

The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He was able to get us an early checkin which was a welcome bonus to a trip that hadn’t exactly gone to plan so far. The room itself is really clean, warm, and the bed is amazing. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Nice, newer hotel close to ASU. Check in was a breeze. Gave me vouchers for food and drinks and morning coffee. Room was spacious. Lively bar scene. Have stayed here before and will do again

The property is in a great location in the heart of Tempe, located pretty much walking distance to everything. The lobby and hotel are great and there's a convenient coffee shop attached to the hotel. The only problem I had (and the reason five stars weren't given) is because of the service at the restaurant. The service from my server was slow, food wasn't that good for the price and my order was inaccurate. I would certainly stay there again but bypass on the restaurant. Also know, that there isn't any self or free parking and it's all valet. Keep that in mind from a pricing perspective that it's about $40 per night. Just a tad pricey.

Although the property was nice it was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. We were on the 5th floor and could hear the loud traffic and partying all night long

TV did not work in my room. Room 1109 and did everything to make it work. Everything else was nice and enjoyed the stay. It was great to be able to walk from room to travel agent training the next morning on 2nd floor. Great ballroom and event space. I was supposed to have a balcony room, that was what I booked and paid for, but didn’t receive it.

I have stayed at many Westin hotels around the world, but this particular one did not live up to my expectations of luxury. It felt more like an average DoubleTree hotel with particle board furniture. In my opinion, it was not worth the price. Additionally, the restaurant located in the lobby provided below-average service. I had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated, despite there being many empty seats that were not reserved.

The location is convenient. However our stay was not good... the room we checked in didnt have hot water. We were not able to exchange room until nxt day. We received the credit as a gesture of apology. Though it did not meet the price we paid. I expected the Westin to be much better...

I’ve stayed at many many Westins. I was beyond disappointed from check in to check out. There is so much I can say, I never leave reviews unless it’s really bad. From my arrival of a very unfriendly staff member who said about 8 words total to me. To the dirty bathroom sink, missing cups, dirty floor around the toilet, and the pool that was freezing cold and filled with bird feathers. Unhappy is an understatement. We got in at midnight, and I requested late check out since it was a Thursday night, and I was traveling with my 8 year old. Just for room service to come INSIDE my room at 8:30am when we weren’t even both awake. I am so disappointed in my stay.

Parking is a little odd and so are the entrances. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful, room service is wonderful and the stay is wonderful.
