We always aim to provide a good experience for our guests and keep the home clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We have had a lot of reviews and a lot of guests and we typically get 5 star reviews, but in this case, we came up short. Some of the items noted by the guest are accurate, but some context should be noted. Are there 2 old patio benches, yes there are, but they are in the back corner of the yard and were replaced by a brand new wicker sectional 12 months ago. The home was built in the 50s, as noted in the description, it has been renovated and we try our best to proactively maintain the home, but some things do get missed; if anything is brought to our attention, we give it our attention. Also, per the description, the one car garage is utilized for furniture and supplies storage for the home, but the home has ample parking in the driveway for 3 to 4 vehicles.

We definitely strive to provide an excellent 5 star experience for our guests and we've found that a clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and comfortable home is usually rewarded with such. In this case, we obviously didn't meet our guest's expectations. In their review, they made some ambiguous references and we'd like to clarify for any others that are reading the reviews and deciding on the home that they'd like to book. The issue in the master bedroom that they referenced was a dirt termite tube, smaller than a paper clip that we missed on our pre arrival cleaning checklist. Arizona has termites, and occasionally a small termite tube will pop up on a house. It's literally just a small dirt tube, nothing scary or dangerous or anything like that. We took care of that tube and treated the termite activity. The other issue that they referenced, the water issue.... They didn't say anything about that issue until we read about it in the review. After inquiring about it further, they mentioned that there was a small puddle of water by the master bedroom door. We haven't been able to duplicate that issue and haven't had any other guests mention anything about it, but if we do find a legitimate issue, we will strive to get it fixed quickly. Their note on the outdoor furniture was accurate and we will be replacing some of the outdoor furniture items (the sun beats up outdoor furniture in AZ).
