A wonderful stay
The stay was incredible. The home was gorgeous and the owner was very responsive. The communication with the property management company wasn't great. I had emailed a few questions and it took roughly 3 emails to get my question answered and then it was answered differently by 3 different people that responded at different times. However, don't let that detract from the home. Great location in a gated community. For the time of year we traveled, we did opt for heating the pool for our stay and it worked out perfectly. The putting & chipping was perfect for our teenage boy. The outdoor area was a haven and so relaxing with everything you could need. It was a wonderful stay in Surprise. I would rent this home again in the future in a heartbeat.

Property was exactly as listed. House was beautiful, very clean. Paid for heating the pool and we were not disappointed, temperature was consistent throughout our stay. Definitely willl rent this house again.

Great House
This house was fabulous. I always look for a house with a great pool and this was one of the best. Just make sure you know heating the pool is an extra cost. The house and yard were very clean and the house had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Would stay again.
Very nice property. Not a complaint to be had by any of the 3 couples. Used the heated pool a couple times per day, everyone enjoyed it.

Amazing pool and back yard
Great house, great neighborhood, amazing backyard and pool experience. Beautiful landscaping. Both the kitchen and the outdoor grill area were great for cooking. Outstanding master suite. Property manager is wonderful and helped us with any issue that came up during our trip.

Wonderful stay
Loved everything about the house. Great entertaining space inside and out. Master room on one side of house with additional 3 bedrooms on the other side which was a great set up for us. Beds very comfortable kitchen well stocked and fire pit and grill were awesome. Will definitely look into this home next time we are in Arizona

Awesome place
The pool and hot tub were amazing! had just about any amenity you could need for a vacation rental. I will say if you are going to Arizona during the cooler months, the extra fee to heat the pool is beyond worth it.

Excellent! Lots of WOW factor!
Beautiful, immaculate, and spacious home. We didn’t want to leave! Kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to have some child friendly dishes, we had to get some non breakable cups for the kids. Also the water pressure in the main shower was too hard for everyone, kids had to shower in the master. it was not adjustable. Other than that no complaints! Great home!!

Highly recommend!
We loved our stay! The house was perfect for what we needed. All the comforts of home were provided. The backyard and pool were an incredible escape and all amenities were close by. If ever back to AZ we will definitely book this house again.

Beautiful home and backyard
Loved the location! Close to hiking, playgrounds, Spring Training parks and grocery/gas. Very clean, spacious home - Four adults and three children, we had plenty of room to hang out. Backyard very nice - Pool heating fee higher than most and they make you do for entire stay so make sure you take into consideration when figuring budget. My kids spent a lot of time in it, but total sticker shock for us. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home in Surprise AZ, west of Phoenix
Beautiful and comfortable home in a residential gated neighborhood in Surprise, west of Sun City Grand and Sun City West. Towels galore, everything you need in the kitchen, and even spices. Beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, and putting green outside. Chelsea was managing the property and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. This may be the best rental experience we have had! Although there were only 2 of us, this would be a perfect family vacation spot.

Fantastic home with all the amenities! Great neighborhood. Chelsea is a great property manager.
Beautiful location. Fantastic lighted pool and perfectly cared for. There are lots of things to do near Surprise and it a reasonable distance from Phoenix. Definitely go to the zoo. Luke AFB is nearby with brand new F36 planes training. Chelsea the property manager is conscientious and thoughtful. She really made our stay comfy. Plenty of towels,dishes and essentials. The outdoor fire pit, multi colored pool lighting and putting green were just the icing on the cake. We would definitely stay here again and have been recommending it to all our friends.

Relaxing Girls week
What a relaxing week we had in the most beautiful home in this quiet, gated community. From floating in the pool to getting full nights rest in the comfy beds to making snacks and breakfasts in the fully stocked, fantastic kitchen. We had great girl time!! Chelsea was a wonderful host from the snacks she welcomed us with to answering all our questions thoroughly. Side note... make sure you ask how much pool heat will be before booking. My fault, but was sticker shock. With that being said, would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!
