Esta bien la ubicación y precio, el cuarto estaba limpio, solo ya los muebles un poco deteriorados, la única observación es que pedí un cuarto de no fumadores y el cuarto olía mucho a cigarro, pero fuera de eso nuestra estancia fue tranquila y segura

We got locked out of room multiple times. We were told the room card key could be reset if it’s near a cell phone. When we went to get a new key, no ID or identify information was requested.

I went to the motel to check in and they only had a smoking room. I asked if they could check if the room had a bad smell to it since it was a smoking room and I have COPD. The security guard dispatched back to the front office clerk that the room was dirty and never cleaned. They then checked several other rooms and found them dirty as well. The front desk clerk then offered me a 1 bed room (My reservation was for 2 beds) which had no curtain so I declined and asked for my reservation to be cancelled. I drove around Phoenix looking for another room and finally found one after midnight. It was a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional. I won't be staying there or even recommend anyone staying there.

Check in person behind security screen should have tipped me off (although she was fine). Main room light switch did not work. Nothing (e.g.shampoo, conditioner) except bar soap in bathroom. Missing closet doors. Full ashtrays outside and lots of smokers around the buildings. For $70 on the side of a freeway it would be bearable but for twice that much I expect better.

Great location for food, gas, and to Peoria stadium. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room not as clean as could & should have been. Bathroom sink slow drain as it was full of cigarette butts. Plate of food had been left in microwave.

The manager gave our room away without notice. fortunately, I called the night before to confirm and was told my selected room, reserved with my MasterCard, had been given away to another customer. I was SHOCKED!!! The manager was not available at that time so I requested a call back the following day...... I got NO RESPONSE. I've been traveling for business for over 40 years. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Stay away. .

Stayed for 7 days while closing in house. A Women was attacked and mugged by 4 people in the middle of the night. I reported it to the office and they had armed security walking day and night. I felt better and my family felt safer. It was quiet after that. My room had a kitchen and was clean. I had to hunt down the cleaning lady to get clean towels several times. Never once came to the room to check on us to see if we needed garbage bags or cleaning supplies. Very close to the freeway and convenient stores. Much better than I expected from a motel 6

Only one towel for two people. No refresh on anything over the 4 days we stayed. First room smelled smoky. Slowest wifi ever, gave up and used my phone for a hotspot. Nice people at the front desk
