Está muy bien ubicado si vas de compras pero ya le falta darle buen mantenimiento a las alfombras, mi cortina estaba caída. Y el desayuno un poco pobre

Área de gimnasio muy limpia, no había servicio de limpieza de cuarto por política anti Covid, pero te proporcionaban toallas o artículos de aseo personal diario si era necesario. También el menú de desayuno ya no era en modalidad buffet pero proporcionaban snacks y pequeñas porciones de desayuno tipo “to-go”

No me gustó que no había nadie que hablara español, y me atendieron con calidez, como en otras partes, muy mal cuidado para covid, ni siquiera gel antibacterial tenían para los huéspedes.

Disappointing room
We booked to stay 3 nights in this hotel. Room 215 had heavily stained carpet all across the room, plus some burnt dark spots. The sofa and hanging decoration above it also had several food stains. Bathtub faucet was rusty and bathroom wallpaper is coming out. Walls are too thin and you can listen all that’s going on in the hallway and neighboring rooms. We’ve stayed in other SpringHill Suites but do not recommend this one in particular.

Tiene empleados muy amables, pero no hablan español. No digo que esto sea un punto malo ya que estan en USA pero es lo unico que a mi me hizo falta para que mi estancia fuera mas agradable ya que no pude comunicar mis necesidades al 100%

More than expected
We are a family of four and were looking for a two doble beds room. This suits have a sofa bed that was perfect for the kids. It has a cooler and microwave. we didn't realize there were also disposable plates and cups inside de micro. The room is a little narrow and has only one TV set. There are other suites with clearly separete areas, but this one is smaller. Anyway, we liked it a lot, enjoy the hot brakefast, at list you don´t need to pay extra for an extremily poor one.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is beautiful and clean, will definitely stay here again! And the breakfast in the mornings were so good!! Such a variety of options! Loved our stay here. Definitely family friendly!

We felt very safe at this hotel. The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and nice. Ample parking. Breakfast selections were varied and appreciated. We will go back to this hotel when we return to this area.

Was looking for room for 5 person family and this was good without having to get 2 rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms well worn. The trundle bed option is a cool idea but mattress not clean. Sink was slow to drain due previous customers accumulation of hair and soap. Cleaned out the drain myself. I thought it would be too much if a hassle to have a plumber come out to check drain since the hotel was full. Breakfast was good. Basic scrambled eggs and DIY waffles. Nice fruit selection of bananas and oranges. Staff constantly filling food.
