Nice place, great location, but . . .
The house was a nice place to stay. The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom readily met the needs of the 3 couples who stayed there. The house was under-lighted, due to either burned-out or low wattage bulbs. The swimming pool wasn't clean or useable. The information sent by the management company and the information in the notebook at the house conflicted at times and together were confusing. The gas grill needs to be reconditioned or replaced. The location met our needs with easy access to Goodyear park, restaurants, and shopping. I would recommend the house with reservations.

Nice home. Good location.
Guests will enjoy the very open concept of the kitchen/living room areas. Bedrooms are small with no dressers or nightstands. But there are hanging shelves in the closet. Plenty of toilet paper in bathrooms but you might want to bring your own towels. We were lest 1 bath towel pee guest and 1 washcloth per bedroom. In the kitchen one towel. If you will do much cooking and will need any kind of speciality items you will need to bring those. 1 mixing bowl, 1 drink pitcher. Plenty of plates & cups. Have a good time!! We did.

Roomy Accomodations
Great location for MLB Spring Training baseball. Six teams to watch within 20 minutes. Goodyear is a little far away from the things to do in Scottsdale, Mesa and Phoenix area. Property Manager, Samantha, was great to work with. Home could use some lighting improvements.

Great location to Reds training camp!
We came for Reds spring training and the location was perfect! The house was clean and spacious. Would have loved to have used the beautiful pool but the weather was a little chilly. Highly recommend!

Spring Training 2023
The location and price were great. Furnished nice. The beds were great. The pool was NOT heated so we couldn’t use it. The property wasn’t cleaned when we got there and they had to send someone to clean it. Needless to say, they were rushed and it’s wasn’t cleaned very well. We were short towels and wash clothes. It’s missing slats on several blinds and a light bulbs or two need replaced. The landscaping in the backyard needs attention. I hope the owners are checking the property regularly because it appears they went all out to furnish this place, but I don’t believe it being managed properly.

Nice location
The house and location are fine. We had some issues with the refrigerator and a small water leak which were reported to the property contact. Also had some issues with light bulbs not working, and a few minor things. Overall pleased with the house and contents. Just needs a little better ongoing maintenance to be excellent!

Nice house.
The front porch light needs to be changed and more bulbs in upstairs bathroom off king room would help. Also upstairs bedroom. No place to put clothes, closet shelves were dirty. Ice maker didnt work. OVERALL HOUSE WORKED WELL FOR US.

Hi Roberta, the homeowner would like to share the following: "Thank you for your feedback. We have changed the front porch light. A previous guest locked the ice-maker feature from the front panel of the fridge. We have unlocked it and it's working now and shouldn't be a concern for future guests."

Perfect Family Getaway
Spacious and updated home, perfect for a large family with three full bathrooms and extra family bonus game room! Two story patio with a beautiful yard and pool, also plenty of shade. With a family of eight near adults provided plenty of room to spread out and enjoy private areas. Only concerns were house was about 100 degrees on check-in and would recommend property manager turn on AC in the morning before the 4pm check-in as it took several hours to cool the house down to a comfortable temp, also definitely need more towels available for a group this size (bring your own beach towels for the pool!). Pool light and patio lights were not working, but we still fully enjoyed the home and plan to return in the future!

Nice property and great location
The property was very nice, clean, and well decorated. The neighborhood is also very nice and an easy walk to coffee and some shopping. There is also a nice park close by for children. We had 4 couples which fit very nicely, as all of the beds were king or queen. One item we thought was missing was a table in the kitchen and more chairs. There were only three bar stools in the kitchen and then only six chairs in the dining area, when the property will accommodate 8. With smaller children or elderly people, a table and regular chairs in the kitchen would have been ideal. The weather was too cool to swim (the pool is not heated) but I am sure it would be perfect in the heat of the summer. We had a very nice stay, and we will keep this property in mind if we come to the area again!

Goodyear Visit
The house was great and all that we hoped for when renting it. The four bedrooms and 3 full baths were just what was needed for our group. It was well maintained and in good condition. We enjoyed the time there very much. The only problem was that the TV in the downstairs and upstairs game area would not play regular TV stations and the instructions for accessing would not work. This was a disappointment. But everything else was great.

House was exactly as seen and described.
Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, would definitely stay again. Only thing I would suggest would be more kitchen cooking pans. No none stick skillets or baking sheet. The game room only had broken ping pong balls. Also the YouTube tv code would not work. I still give this house 5 stars.

Restful Oasis
Superlative….the overall process and quality of this home was was top notch. We so enjoyed all of the individuals private bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and laundry, and of course the outdoor oasis of the pool.

Great stay
The house was very nice and clean and the property manager was very, very nice and pleasant, even when I called and woke her up early in the morning or late at night. The home has foam mattresses, which made sleeping very comfortable with a person with a bad back like me. Great neighborhood and nice friendly neighbors. I will definitely recommend this property and I'll be stay here again.
