I had an amazing stay until I talked to a customer service representative about the parking that I was double charged for, and he was absolutely rude and clearly did not have any customer service skills. An example of what he said to me was when I was clarifying that he would be giving me a refund for what I was double charged he irritatingly said "nope, my co-worker will" among other very rude communication. Before I got off the phone, I told him that he needs to learn better customer service skills. The audacity of him thinking he could talk to a guest like that is appalling. Furthermore, my sheet came off the day before I was leaving and there were unwashed stains on the cover underneath. I felt disgusted and took pictures.

Our access code of the room entry repeatedly did not work locking us out of the property. Concierge staff was responsive and ultimately gave us a partial credit back for the inconvenience but the hassle of not having access made for a frustrating day and night. Hopefully they can get the door fixed. Overall nice property and responsive staff.

Comfortable, clean, and most convenient location for AZ Financial Theatre, Chase Field, and so much more! Property has great amenities, lounge area with a full kitchen, TV, and pool table; pool area; gym; garage parking. Easy access, just followed the instructions provided!

Pros: Clean property, easy to access, felt safe. Cons: Constant humming noise all day and night, did not bother me too much, but may be a problem for a light sleeper.

I really wanted to leave this property a good review because the area was great the room was pretty clean and the pool area with view was awesome. However we booked a superior 1 bedroom which included a big wrap around balcony. When we arrived we got a tiny shared balcony. This was terrible and very awkward sharing a balcony that looked right in your neighbors room. We reached out on the app via text message because there is no front desk help here. The people we messaged apologized, but did nothing to compensate us. What a rip off 😣. The lay out was also weird only place to hang clothes was in the bathroom and the gym was closed. ( not deal breakers). This place would have been good if we got the room we paid for. I feel we got taken advantage of.

The room itself is beautiful & it was clean. I like the area around the property- it's close to everything downtown. However, I would not stay here again due to the inconvenience of there not being a front desk/ anyone on site to help with issues, which there were. First, the day we arrived, the water had been shut off all day so there was no hot water for a shower after our flight. Secondly, when we arrived, we discovered there was only 1 pool wristband instead of 2 which was an issue because their check-in info says everyone has to have their own wristband to be able to use the pool. They brought another band, but not til later the next day. Thirdly, I added parking & was told the parking deck transponder/ scanner would be in a locker...well, when I checked the locker for the parking scanner, there was nothing there. & that was after business hours, so no way to access the parking deck until a security guard nicely let us in for the night. They had to give me another code to another locker to actually get a parking scanner. Then finally 2 days after I checked out, they messaged me saying I never turned in the parking transponder (which I did, just had put it in the second locker they had assigned me, where it came from. They seemed to have no idea about the issue with the first locker containing nothing despite me contacting them about that during the stay). Was just super inconvenient to constantly have to contact off site customer service for these issues during the stay

The location of the property and the views from our room were great. The pool/hot tub area were very nice. However, our parking garage transponder didn't work for the first 4 days of our 5 day stay despite multiple communications with Sonder. It was finally replaced on the 4th day. We were locked out from the parking garage to the building due to the door malfunctioning and had to access from one floor below. The furnishings were very cheap and the walls were very scraped up throughout. Our shower curtain didn't extend down into the tub, so the water sprayed onto the floor. We couldn't move the bar down as it was permanently affixed. The TV only works if you have a streaming subscription. I liked the convenience of th app but we were frustrated having to re-explain our needs about the garage transponder day by day. There weren't any updates by Sonder on how they were addressing issues. We met many other people renting feom Sondr on the floor with similar complaints. It would be an amazing stay in a great location if these issues were addressed.

Great apartment close to downtown. Right on the light rail line to downtown and sports venues. Nice gym. Close to a wide selection of restaurants.

It was clean with comfortable beds. Paid parking was a nice economical option. However, there was poor communication about where the lockbox was located to pick up the transponder. Also not enough towels and the shower curtain was too short so water sprayed all over the floor. We all enjoyed the balcony and view of the city. The city noises were quite loud until about midnight. Earplugs were provided by Sonder. This was a building issue but the door on the 7th floor parking did not work. Had to walk to the floor below to use the keycode. Also there was an "elwctrical issue" and the treadmills didnt work, which was quite disappointed.

Very noisy in our suite due to the door to the balcony not sealing very well and a train running right below our room all night. We knew it wasn’t a good sign when we first went in the room and found that they had left earplugs on the nightstand for us. The suite and balcony were very nice, but we slept like garbage even with the earplugs and can’t recommend staying here for that reason.

The customer service were very kind. There was a lot of noice and young people who would smoke marijuana and the elevator was dirty a couple of times. The balcony was very close to the other unit and the person on the other side was up very late speaking loudly until 2am. It was a little scary.

There was no one on site. I had to call someone in another state when I had a problem. The key code to the door of the room was faulty. It took me about 20 tries to get the door to open. I called someone about this and their response was "Make sure you are entering the correct code." Not classy. I do not think that I would stay here again. Very uncomfortable furniture and no place to work on my laptop without straining myself

We loved our Sonder! Affordable and walkable to just about everything we needed (though not super close to a grocery store). Being centrally located, it was not quiet at night, but we slept just fine. The neighborhood is fun and eclectic. The Sonder itself was clean, spacious, and communication was clear.

I rented a spacious two-bedroom apartment. I wish I was able to stay longer - great views and ideal for a remote work situation. Tall ceilings, modern furnishings and large closets. The negatives: very cheap, thin bed linens and towels. In addition, the building is called the Stewart, which is very confusing, as I was looking for a building called McKinley. There weren't any notes about this different name, so I circled the building a few times before I figured it out. I've already recommended this to several people!

Quite enjoyed our stay here! We could not find the parking transponder after carefully following directions and the bed was extremely hard. Other than that, it’s a really cool place.

At first when I walked in, I was blown away, it was exactly like the pictures. it had a fantastic wrap around balcony with views of the city, that’s accompanied with a beautiful background of the mountains in the Phoenix area. The pool was cleaned and well maintained and they had a nice lounge area with a pool table, tv and wonderful couches.

The apartment is great, but with no physical concierge desk sorting out even the simplest of requests is very difficult. Sonder offer an app for communicating, which is not staffed with people who know about the premises. Not ideal for international customers or people without a car.

Figuring out parking took some time. I may have missed the email about the parking lockbox and key code but I called them and they helped with that. The apartment is nice although another bathroom would have been much better. It’s 2 bed 1 bath and that too the access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.
