Very nice building and property. Excellent pool and hot tub.
The kitchen could use more plates.
Parking was tricky at times as the lot was full and we had to wait for someone to leave. Good location.

Week visit to Phoenix
Apartment house is fairly new. Our apartment was very clean and well equipped (dishwasher, washer, dryer, full kitchen). Parking underneath the building. Walking distance to a few restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Getting into the room was easy, it was clean and spacious. The pool and courtyard amenities were nice. Our rental was on the ground floor, thankfully, because getting our parking pass was a challenge, (the directions were contradicting) and then there were no instructions for actually getting through the locked garage gates so we parked on the street all week.The reason for my 3 stars is that for a rental this "upscale" there should have been more basics provided and better response to issues. There were barely any dishes. Only four small tumblers for drinking...so water intake required lots of refills. We had to buy plastic cups to have larger drinks or anything additional. Only 2 small bowls for food prep. There are community grills, but no grilling utensils. We had 3 people staying, they provided only TWO towels and NO linen or pillows for the pull out sofa and when I reached out for a fix, they said they would look into it and never got back to me. We had issues with the kitchen lights all weekend, they said they would send someone to fix it and never did. Not enough hot water for one full shower, so had to make sure we spaced them out. The "pullout sofa" was one of those barely a couch things where you tuck the extra pad under, however it was broken so only one end stayed in place and the crack would open underneath if you moved at all. I would go somewhere else next time.
