Wonderful home and great location!
The house was wonderful, very clean and had everything we needed. Host was extremely responsive to all my questions. We truly enjoyed the pool and the location can’t be beat! We hope to be back sooner than later and would definitely stay here again. And of note if you stay, check out Sandwich Masterz! My daughter still says it’s not fair that there isn’t one where we live. 😂

Wonderful
We stayed a week at this property. This place had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The house was very clean and well kept. It is close to everything that you may need. The owners were quick to reply and help in anyway. We will definitely be back ! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The home is beautiful. Everything we needed was there. The house is decorated like a magazine cover! Extremely well kept and clean. The pool area is amazing. Kimberly is very gracious and responds quickly. We would definitely like to come back!

Loved this home!

Super Aufenthalt
Tolle Unterkunft und lieber netter Kontakt! Bei Fragen immer erreichbar gewesen. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Ausstattung, alles vor Ort was man benötigt. In der Nähe ist auch ein Bahnhof. Wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder buchen :)

Paradise vacation

Spring training getaway
This property was great for our family of 4, clean and spacious. The location of the house was great for Spring Training baseball games. It was in close proximity to grocery shopping and a variety of dining options. The pool was a perfect retreat after the daytime baseball games in the Arizona heat. Owners were very responsive to questions that came up during our stay. We look forward to staying here again during our next trip for Spring Training.

Everything we needed
We chose it mainly for proximity to ball park, so we could walk there. We were very pleased with pool and patio and grill. Groceries nearby. Easy drive to nearby regional parks for hikes. Liked being outside of Phoenix. Will rent again, if we come for next spring training.

We had a great stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, well stocked, and the pool was great. It was a little far to where we needed to go in Phoenix, but that was due to construction and no fault of the owner.

Beautiful sunny getaway
My family and I spent a few days here during a medical visit for my son, and we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful, relaxing, and lovely house to stay in. All guest needs are carefully thought-through, down to the tiniest details, and the owners are gracious and responsive. The pool area is beautiful, and my kids had a blast. I'm not usually one to gush about decor, but the beauty and care with which the house was decorated really touched me, and contributed to a wonderful visit all around. I would love to come back. :)

Short great stay!
We stayed at the property for 3 nights and enjoyed the location and home immensely! We especially enjoyed the pool which is much better than portrayed in the photos! The homeowners were very kind accommodating, and answered all our messages. We would love the opportunity to stay again and would recommend the property to anyone headed to Phoenix.

Great getaway!
We had a wonderful time at the house. The owner was very quick to respond and the house had a lot of the basic essentials needed. We would definitely stay there again during our next trip! It was our home away from home. The one thing that I would recommend getting upgraded is the internet. We kept on loosing connection. Everything else great! Love the backyard and pool area!

We loved our stay!
Our family of four loved staying at this house. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The pool was wonderful and we were able to walk to the ballpark to see a spring training game. The neighborhood was quiet and had everything you'd need nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot
We were down for a volleyball tournament and enjoyed the location as it was close to the different venues for the event. The home is actually nicer than the pictures indicate. Everything has been well thought out to and we really had no needs other than food to buy. Backyard area is lovely. Only thing I wished is that the pool could have been heated but it was posted a head of time it shouldn’t be due to time of year(Feb). I would ask next time to pay for it to be heated. The neighborhood is quiet and we took a lot of walks around in it as it is very big. Had a wonderful and relaxing trip! I highly recommend this place. We will stay again if our travels take us to the Phoenix area.

Short stay oasis
Great location, close to many stores, restaurants, Goodyear Ballpark and freeways. Phoenix Raceway is 10-15 min. away. Relaxing pool area and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Staycation too short
This is our first time renting from VRBO. When we are in the Phoenix area we always stay in a hotel but not no more. I loved that Kimberly always responded when I had a question. The entire house was exactly like the pictures. Pool was so much fun. This is exactly what my family and I needed. We came here for my bday , this is one we'll never forget. We will definitely be back soon. My children are already planning our next stay. Thank you for making this experience pleasurable.

Beautiful home and great location for AZ activities
This beautiful home did not disappoint. During our stay, we attended Spring Training Games in Peoria and Phoenix, shopped in Scottsdale, had lunch at the Westgate Entertainment Center next to the Arizona Cardinals (State Farm) Stadium in Glendale and hiked the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. All locations were within 20-30 miles from the home. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped including an outdoor barbecue grill. The neighborhood was very quiet and we walked to the Goodyear Ballpark each morning for exercise and to take in the wonderful Arizona sun. The lovely pool with waterfall was a plus! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay at this home in the future.

Enjoyed our stay in this nicely furnished, clean house in a peaceful neighborhood. The pool with waterfall feature is lovely, just as pictured. Close to Goodyear Park, so you can walk 15 min to see a spring training game!

Beautiful home
I was going to say beautiful home. Only reason why it has 3 stars is because the pool was too cold to use and that was our main reason for staying here the owner was very nice and responded quickly. She gave us the opportunity to check in early. The place was clean. Quiet neighborhood. There was also a wire out in the kitchen without any rubber on the ends which is a fire hazard. Overall a beautiful place and home. And it would be amazing in the summer time.

Thank you Nikta for the review. I’m sorry you were unhappy regarding the pool. It does clearly state in our description of the home that the pool is not heated during the months of December thru February. It may be warm during the day, however, it is very cold at night where the pool will not stay warm no matter how high you turn the heat up and it would cost a fortune and then we would have to charge more to the guests.

Great place to call home for a vacation.
We had a great experience at this property. We spent 9 nights here and did lots of travelling around through the day and returned to a beautiful home each night. Everything was well thought out and went very smoothly. I would not hesitate to come back again.

Spectacular home! Had everything a family would need!
This amazing family thought of every detail of what a family would need to feel comfortable and at home. To Everything you need for cooking, bathrooms, laundry, pool toys, BBQ, extra pillows and blankets and were quick to respond when the pool cleaner came out. Side note to that wrap it around the rock when swimming. They have pictures of there family and guest book to sign! The pool was amazing! We loved the changing light in there and the waterfall. This home is truly spectacular!!!! We will definitely be back
