Amazing Family Vacation

This was the perfect house for our family. Everyone loved the pool, especially since its deepest part was 5 feet it allowed everyone to play and have fun. Best pool experience. Great outside area and the house was clean and nice. we would stay here again and again.

Family Getaway

We had a great stay and weather was wonderful during our visit to Gilbert, AZ. The house was beautiful and very clean. The back yard provided a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the nights.

Excellent host and property

The communication prior to our arrival was great. We were sent all the information to access the property and what was needed. When we arrived, there was a welcome card and gift. It included some discounts to local restaurants as well. The pool, the house, and the yard were excellent. We heated the pool in the hot tub and swam every day despite having temperatures in the 60s during the day and low 50s at night. The kitchen had all the utensils that we needed and a dishwasher. They had a coffee maker with coffee available, which we had every morning out on the lanai. They had plenty of pool toys for the kids to play with. Very spacious home with a nice large three car garage . This was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at.

Relaxing family vacation

This property worked out great for our extended family vacation. From the indoor to the outdoor space we enjoyed our time. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool & spa were great for relaxing. We loved the fresh oranges & lemons and watching the hummingbirds. The only negative we could come up with was the pillows. The location was close to the stores we used and our airport. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect Vacation Rental

We were so pleased with this rental. It’s a beautiful home that easily accommodated 10 adults. The home was very clean and stocked with anything we needed. We spent most of our time in the backyard - floating in the pool or visiting on all the patio furniture. Very convenient location with the 202, San Tan Village shopping, a Trader Joe’s and Black Rock coffee all right down the road. Only a 10 minute drive from the Mesa Gateway airport too which made check in/out even easier! I had a few questions and the property manager was quick to respond via email. We had no issues at all and hope to stay at this home again in the future.

We loved this house!

The inside was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The back yard is spectacular. The pool is great. We enjoyed the water feature, lots of places to sit in the sun or shade. There were some pool toys in the garage for the kids. The house is in a large but quiet neighborhood. The backyard was surprisingly private. The lemon trees in the yard were full of fruit. We even made lemonade. Hummingbirds were fun to watch too.

Great vacation home

Overall we were pleased with our stay at this home and it fit our needs perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. The layout of the house couldn’t have been better with four bedrooms upstairs and the loft was an extra bonus space the kids loved. There were a few things missing like an outdoor umbrella and a couple lounge chairs but other than that our stay was great!

Beautiful pool and patio!

We booked the property for the pool and patio area. The backyard was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more! Beautiful large palm tree in the corner of the property and citrus trees! The beds were comfortable. Everything was stocked and clean when we arrived. We would love to come back to this property.

Amazing

This place was gorgeous! Very clean and spacious. I wanted a relaxing time by the pool and this was it! The backyard is gorgeous! Perfect for hanging out all day! Great location just a short drive away from lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again

A very clean, attractive and well-maintained property in a great location.

This is a clean, attractive and well-maintained property. The backyard amenities are nice and the house can accommodate a larger group quite well. The property manager responded quickly on several occasions and answered our needs. The pool and spa are on a set schedule. We had to text the property manager to turn on the spa during off-schedule times. This was a bit cumbersome but Matt (the property manager) responded very quickly so it wasn't a big hassle). There is a busy road just on the other side of the back fence. The road noise woke us up several times during the night. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this property very near the many restaurants, shopping and amenities near the San Tan Mall.

Enjoyable Family Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and plenty of room in the house to relax. The backyard was awesome!! Hot tub, pool, firepit, grill, and plenty of chairs for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. Highly Recommend!!
