Great Disappointment
We chose the house mainly for outdoor space. We arrived to find a tiny pool in an area that had not been maintained. Landscape full of weeds, dirty jucuzzi dirty chairs/ tables. No towels. Guest contact (owner) responded with one word replies acting as if i was lying. We spent much of first morning taking photos and composing an email to prove issues. The house has everything. 9 TVs,! But not one piece of information as to how to operate or find anything. We were told a "team member" would bring the house book, but never happened. Note the very restricted jacuzzi hours. This was not listed when i rented. I was informed promptly, but told i could call owner to turn on. I specifically asked for Saturday at 1pm as family was coming. It was cold. I had to text and call to get it going .Never got the jets to work to whole trip. Pool guy showed up the last day. (Pool chlorine reading was 0)Kitchen is new, lovely and well stocked. Strange lay out with 2 bars and a table seating only 4. This could be a nice place if the communication and instructions were more adequate.
