This house was a great place to stay for our family, and offered a number of great recreation opportunities nearby. It was very cool while we were here, and we discovered that the pool had a heater, but was truly not a heated pool. If usage of the pool is important to you, You might wanna stay away from this in non-warm months. It was certainly worth the money. A few questions we had were answered by the team in a prompt fashion.

The property was still being cleaned when we arrived at check-in time. Not a big deal for us. The person cleaning was very apologetic and nice and completed the cleaning within 30 minutes of our arrival. The property was clean updated and very spacious. The house is in a great location within walking distance of the Stadium and entertainment district. The yard has a good-sized pool with plenty of room. I would stay at this location again.

Unfortunately, when we arrived the house had not been cleaned from the guests prior. We let the host know right away and they did have someone come right away. We appreciated the communication and responsiveness to the issue. It did cause an inconvenience to our plans but honestly wouldn't have mentioned it, if it wasn't for the several other issues that arose. One room had a fan missing a blade, another had no working light. The master was great! We wanted to BBQ the evening we arrived but due to the cleaners and discovering there was no propane we had to go out. The host did have it delivered after I requested a few times. Unfortunately, it delivered to late for us to be able to use it. We decided to cook some pizza in the oven and the oven threw a code and about caught on fire. Upon googling the code it was a temp control censor. It was kind of scary! It could have caught the house on fire. Overall we enjoyed the stay, but I would hesitate to book again without knowing the house had been better kept after. If you are there for the location and or to sleep, it's great but if you plan to use the amenities I might think twice about booking this house. It has a ton of potential and the host was very responses and friendly!

Initially we were nervous because the only review showed up after we booked, but Justin, the contact person for the property, was quick to respond to our concerns and inquiries before and during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. It was in the perfect location for us as we could easily walk to the Grand Canal park for daily walks with our dogs and to play disk golf. It is also walking distance to State Farm Stadium. While there needs to be a few updates to the property we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Overall good experience but do not run two hair dryers at same time on 2nd floor. It blows a fuse and electrical panel is not accessible. Contacted landlord and they never did anything so we had no electricity to the second floor for a coupe of days. Makes it hard to use the bathrooms. Great location.

There's something broken, damaged, or inoperable in every room. Missing smoke detectors, dishwasher, bedrooms without working lights, 2+ inches standing water in the backyard from the irrigation system, faucet and door handles not attached, broken furniture, ripped/torn cushions on the outdoor furniture, and on, and on. The large amount of expired food/spices/etc. was also quite surprising. The scattered wood, nails, saw horses and junk in the backyard was also concerning for kids and pets. The worst part was working with the "property manager". The listed contact forwarded our concerns to the cleaning company, was aggressive, rude, and dismissive about all of our concerns. We were concerned when we saw 0 reviews on VRBO, and when I asked he said there were plenty, this makes us think that this unit has been removed and re-listed to hide poor reviews. At first glance the property looks ok, but it is apparent that there is little/no actual upkeep. I am not familiar with local building codes, but am 100% sure this property would not pass inspection in the states that I do know. There's plenty more than this and we sent them pictures, but as I stated, they were not helpful. One last example is that it took a day and a half to get smoke detectors after being insistent. We do not recommend this property or management team.
